SLEED VACUUM CLEANER
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Read the instructions in this manual carefully before using the vacuum cleaner. Keep this manual for future reference.
- It is an electrical device, so safety precautions must be followed. Make sure that the voltage used for the vacuum cleaner corresponds to that of the electrical installation.
- Turn off and unplug the device by removing the plug, without pulling the cable, after use, before changing accessories, cleaning and/or maintenance.
- Do not leave the vacuum cleaner running without supervision.
- Do not vacuum wet surfaces, water or other liquids, hot substances, large, sharp waste such as glass or harmful, aggressive, flammable and/or explosive products.
- Do not submerge the device in water or pour water on it.
- Do not vacuum cigarettes, lighters, matches or other objects that give off heat or bring them close to the device. Do not place the vacuum cleaner near sources of heat.
- Do not touch the cable with wet hands due to the risk of electric shock.
- Do not bring the vacuum cleaner close to eye level.
- No one should disassemble or modify the product, except maintenance technicians designated by Newlux, due to a risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury.
- This vacuum cleaner is designed for home use.
- This device is NOT intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities with a lack of experience or knowledge; unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for their use.
- If an extension cord is used, check it is in good condition and is suitable for the power of the vacuum cleaner.
WARNING
Stop vacuuming and empty the bin before it reaches the MAX level.
If the power cord is damaged, do not use the vacuum cleaner. This must be
replaced by the official technical services.

ASSEMBLY
Before assembling or removing accessories, unplug the device.
Preparación

Insert the flexible tube (8) into the motor unit (1) at the bottom of the appliance. Press until it clicks into position.

Connect the handle (9) to the end of to the telescopic tube (10). Press the button on the telescopic tube and hold it down to extend or reduce the tube to the desired length.

Adjust the telescopic tube(10) with the floor brush (16), as shown in the image. Press the button on the floor brush to adjust the nozzle according to the use required. For use on hard surfaces, press the foot button on the combi nozzle to extend the brushes. Lift the button to use it on soft surfaces. After use, unplug the power cord from the outlet and pull out the flexible tube from the air intake duct.
Use of accessories

Floor brush
Ideal for cleaning all types of floors, including carpets, tiles and even rugs. -
Crevice nozzle and brush nozzle
Turn the end in the direction of the arrow to turn the crevice nozzle into a brush. The crevice nozzle is ideal for cleaning upholstery, nooks and crannies and crevices. The brush nozzle is recommended for cleaning all uneven objects such as lamps, foils, skirting boards, window sills, etc. -
Fabrics accessory
A fabric brush, which you can use to clean soft surfaces such as upholstery and curtains. -
Brush with turbo comb for pets
Accessory with automatic rotating brush to remove hair from the most difficult places, such as a sofa or bed.
USE AND OPERATION
Before use

The power cord has a yellow mark and a red mark. Pull the cable up to the yellow mark. Never pull the power cord past the red mark. This could damage the power cord and damage the automatic cable return mechanism.

Plug the cable into the socket and press the ON/OFF button (4) to turn on the appliance.

Adjust the suction with the power control button. We advise reducing the vacuum suction when cleaning upholstered furniture and curtains. This will prevent material from being sucked into the nozzle. If necessary, you can also reduce the suction by moving the handle’s adjustable air opening.
After use
- Press the ON/OFF button (4) to stop the vacuum cleaner.
- Unplug the power cable and leave it extended.
- Press the automatic cable return button (2) to retract and store the cable.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT
WARNING: Always unplug the device from the electrical outlet before
opening the powder tank.
NOTE: Whenever you use the vacuum cleaner, the filter must be in place.
CAUTION: The suction opening must be open and free of obstructions. If
not, the motor will overheat and could be damaged.
Cleaning outer surface
- Remove the plug from the outlet.
- Clean the outer surface of all parts with a damp cloth and a cleaner suitable for plastics
- Over time, dust and dirt can accumulate around the wheel axles, preventing the wheels from turning easily. Therefore, you should keep them clean.
Never immerse the appliance, plug or power cord in water and never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning products or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes) to clean the appliance.

- Remove the plug from the socket and remove the flexible tube (8).
- Remove the powder tank by pressing the tank removal button (12) and position it on top of a rubbish bin.
- Press the button to open the bottom cover.
- If necessary, use your hand to remove debris from the tank.
- Close the bottom flap of the tank, and press until it clicks.
- Put it back on the vacuum and snap it into position.
Do not wash the filter
in the washing machine, or dry it with electrical appliances.
Cleaning or replacing the filters
Clean or replace the filter every two to three uses of the hoover. Clean it
regularly to prevent the filter from clogging and the motor from overheating.
- Open the tank lid and remove the filter sealing ring.
- Remove the filter from the dust separation system and the foam circle.
- Rinse the dust separation system filter and foam circle thoroughly in lukewarm water and dry it completely. Bag and blow out the filter.
WARNING
The filter should be cleaned by brushing and blowing. To clean more
thoroughly, rinse it with water twice a year. Water could enter the vacuum
cleaner if the filter is not completely dry. This could cause electrical
damage, so you should let it dry for 48 hours.
Do not clean the filter in a washing machine or dry it with a hair dryer.
Cleaning or changing the HEPA air outlet filter
Replace the HEPA air outlet filter at least twice a year, and more often if it
is visibly clogged.
- Disconnect the plug from the outlet.
- Open the lid and remove the HEPA filter from the air outlet of the vacuum cleaner.
- Clean and blow the HEPA filter dry.
- Put the clean HPEA filter back into the appliance and close the lid.
ADVERTENCIA

cleaner if the filter is not completely dry. This could cause electrical
damage, so you should let it dry for 48 hours.

Storage
Unplug the device from socket when not in use.

Remove the plug from the socket.

Press the automatic cable return button (2) and keep it pressed.
The power cable will retract automatically. -
Straighten the power cord as it rewinds; otherwise the cord may get tangled or the plug may strike the back of the vacuum cleaner.

At the rear of the vacuum cleaner there is a slot to deposit the nozzle.
This avoids the need to disassemble the vacuum cleaner after use.

At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of as ordinary
waste. Take it to a local government waste collection centre or a distributor
that provides this service. Disposing of an appliance separately prevents
potential negative consequences for the environment and human health. It also
allows for the recovery of the materials it is composed of, providing
significant savings in energy and resources.
As a reminder of the need to dispose of electrical appliances separately, the
product is marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin.
