WAC LIGHTING BSWS Smart Wall Light
Product Information
This product is a smart wall light designed for general outdoor use. It comes
with various components including a lamp cover, lamp elbow, lamp canopy, back
plate, lamp holder, lamp diffuser, fastened screw, gaskets, junction box,
mounting screw, wire connectors, and more.
The product operates on an input voltage of 120V and has an input wattage of
12 watts. It provides a color light output and has an IP rating for protection
against moisture and dust. The use temperature is suitable for general outdoor
conditions. The product comes with a warranty.
Warnings and Cautions:
- All parts must be used as indicated in the instructions. Substitution of parts not designated for use with this product could result in personal injury or property damage.
- Cut off power before installation.
- If there is any damage to the cord, cut off the power and stop using it immediately.
- Do not submerge the product in water.
- This product is not a toy and is not designed for use by children.
- Do not open the enclosed device for safety reasons and warranty terms.
- Keep the light away from fire and high temperature to avoid explosion.
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Lamp Assembly
- Pass the power cord through the lamp elbow.
- Fasten the lamp elbow to the lamp holder using the provided fastened screw.
- Fasten the lamp elbow to the lamp canopy.
- Secure the gasket and fastened nut to the lamp canopy to ensure proper sealing.
Step 2: Mount the Lamp Fixture
- Secure the back plate to the junction box using the provided vjunction box screw.
- Do the wiring connection using the wire connectors, following the indications in figures 3 and 4.
- To prevent moisture/water from entering the outlet box and causing a short circuit, use clear caulking (e.g. outdoor silicone sealant) to outline the outside of the lamp canopy where it meets the wall. Leave a space at the bottom for moisture to escape (refer to figure 5).
Step 3: Mobile Phone APP Control
The smart lights can be controlled using a mobile phone APP. Follow these steps:
- Install the “Happy Lighting” APP by scanning the QR code or searching for it in Apple Store or Google Play Store.
- Enable Bluetooth and Location Services (for Android phones) in your phone settings.
- Open the “Happy Lighting” app and it will automatically scan and connect to the device.
- In the app’s user interface, you can adjust the color and brightness of the lights using the “Adjust” button.
Warnings and cautions
- All parts must be used as indicated in these instructions. This product is designed for use only with the supplied parts and/or accessories designated for use by manufacturer. Substitution of parts or accessories not designated for use with this product by manufacturer could result in personal injury or property damage, and will void the warranty. Contact an authorized dealer or the manufacturer if any parts are damaged or missing.
- Make sure to cut off power before installation
- If there is any damage to the cord, Please cut off the power and stop using it immediately
- Suitable for general outdoor use.
- Do not submerge in water.
- This product is not a toy and is not designed for use by children.
- For safety reasons and under the terms of the warranty, the enclosed device should not be opened
- In case of explosion. Please keep the light away from fire and high temperature.=

Installation
Step 1, Lamp assembly
- Pass the power cord through lamp Elbow(1a).
- Fasten the lamp elbow to lamp holder via fastened Screw (1b).
- Fasten the lamp elbow to lamp canopy(2a).
- Seured the Gasket(B) andFastened Nut(C) to lamp canopy, make sure the gasket(B) be well secured(2b)
Step 2, mount the lamp fixture
- Secure the back plate to the junction box with junction box screw (D),
- Do the wiring connection with wire connectors (G) and following the indication of fig.3 and fig.4.

How to Control the wall light with APP ‘Happy Lighting’
Note
- The farthest distance for the mobile phone APP to control the smart lights is no more than 32ft(10m) , to control the light efficiently please make sure that all lights are within 32ft(10m) of your phone.
- Phone APP can control up to 8 pcs the smart lights at the same time, you are able to preset the colors and modes according to your preference
Step 1, APP Installation
- Scan the QR code as the right to download the APP
- Or Search ‘Happy Lighting’ and download the APP in Apple Store or Google Player.
Step 2, Bluetooth Connection
NOTE : Please following the below steps for the first time to use this
APP.
- Please enter your phone settings, open the Bluetooth. Note: For Android phone, also need the Location Services.
- Open the ‘Happy Lighting app’, the app will auto to scan and connect the device.
Step 3, User interface operation

Adjust’ Button function Specification and operation. In this interface you can select the color you want and adjust the brightness

’Music’ button function specification and operation. Paly the music you like that the light will change to sync the music

’Tape’ button function specification and operation.
The light color will sync the voice or any environment voice via your phone. You can change the microphone sensitivity as your need. -
Style’ button function specification and operation.
The light color will change following the default scene you select. -
Timing’ button function specification and operation.
Set the On/off timing as your need, the light will be auto on/off accordingly when it’s enabled -
Settings’ button function specification and operation.
Light color will change accordingly when you shake your phone when the ‘shake’ button is enabled -
Group manage’ button function specification and operation.
Note: Max 8 devices adding for each group
