IMPORTANT

Please read this manual carefully before installing and operating the TV. Keep this guide handy for further reference.

Important Safety Warnings

Any modification or incorrect setting of the LED Display may result in electric shock. Do not open the device for maintenance or repair or do not allow unqualified persons to interfere with the device. When you encounter any problem, please contact our authorized services. Images that remain on the screen for more than 2 hours can cause permanent screen damage. Therefore, when using the device, keep the pause times as short as possible and turn off the device when there is a possibility of long pauses. Also, set the “Brightness” and “Contrast” settings to lower levels in the pause state.

  1. Please read this user manual carefully before using the LED Display and keep it for future reference.

  2. Pay attention to all warnings and use the device in accordance with the instructions for use.

  3. Take the device out of its box and make sure that there is no damage to the device, its accessories or the cable. In case of any damage, breakage and/or cracks in the device or the cable, or if the accessories are damaged or missing, do not use the device and contact the nearest authorized service.

  4. Plastic nylon bags are extremely dangerous for children and babies. Never let children and babies play with the plastic plastic bags of the device and its accessories, and do not leave the plastic plastic bags near children and babies.

  5. Do not use the device near places with water such as bathrooms, bathtubs, washbasins or swimming pools, and in extremely humid and humid environments to avoid the risk of fire and electric shock.

  6. Do not leave the device under precipitation, in places where water can be splashed or spilled on, or in a location where the device can fall into water.   9. Before plugging the power plug of the device into the socket, make other connections and make sure that all connections are made correctly. Before making any connections, turn off the device and remove the power plug from the socket. Before installation, maintenance, cleaning or transportation, unplug the device from the electrical socket.

  11. Plug the power plug into an easily accessible socket at the back of the device so that the cable is not stepped on. Make sure that the power plug is fully inserted into the socket.

  12. The suitability of the electrical network in which the device will be used is the responsibility of the consumer and must be made by a licensed electrician. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to the device due to the use of the device in electrical networks that do not comply with local regulations.

  13. Never use broken or deformed electrical sockets. Pull out the power plug by holding the plug, do not pull by the cable. Do not leave the power cord of the device under items such as carpets or rugs or in places where it can be stepped on, and be careful not to crush the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, do not use the device and contact the authorized service.

  14. Do not operate multiple high-power electrical appliances on the same outlet by using extension cords or multiple electrical outlets. Overloading the electrical outlet can cause fire and electric shock. If the use of an extension cable is mandatory, a cable with features suitable for the device should be used.

  17. Never open the back cover of the device and do not try to make any changes in the device hardware. There is dangerous uninsulated voltage inside the device that can cause electric shock and life threatening.

  18. Use only original accessories authorized by the manufacturer with the device.

  19. Be careful not to damage or break any part of the device, especially the screen. Shocking the device or screen may cause the device to malfunction and cause serious injury.

  20. Be careful not to scratch the screen. Hard or sharp objects can easily damage the screen.

  21. Place the device on a hard and level surface that can support its weight. To avoid the risk of tipping, use only the stand, mounting bracket or other accessories supplied with the device or recommended by the manufacturer. Only mount the LED display on the wall or ceiling as recommended.

  22. Unplug the power cord of the device during thunderstorms and heavy rain and when the device will not be used for a long time.

  23. Never cover the device. Do not cover the ventilation holes of the device with a blanket, newspaper, etc. Do not cover with objects. Leave a ventilation gap of at least 10 cm from the back, sides and top of the device.

  24. Do not use the device in environments where it may pose a hazard or where adequate ventilation is not provided. Do not use the device in narrow and closed environments such as shelves and showcases without proper ventilation conditions.

  25. Do not place any objects on the device.

  26. Do not allow any solid or liquid substance to enter through the ventilation holes on the device, especially metal objects and liquids may cause short circuit or electric shock risk, damage and fire in the device. In the event that solid or liquid substances enter the device, immediately unplug the device from the socket and do not operate the device again without having it checked by the authorized service.

  27. The device is designed for home use. Do not use the device in open areas, for other than its intended purpose and for industrial or commercial purposes.

  28. The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for malfunctions and damages caused by misuse or misuse.

  29. There are some basic rules to be considered in the use of all electrical devices as follows;
    – Never touch the device and the power cord with wet or damp hands.
    – Never leave the device in the rain, in places where water may come on it, or in extremely humid environments and under direct sunlight.

  30. Frequently check whether there is any damage to the device and the power cable.

  31. Before cleaning the device, turn off the device and remove the power plug from the socket. Clean the device periodically. Wipe the device with a slightly damp soft cloth and dry it with a dry soft cloth. Do not pour water or other liquids on the device, spray cleaning agents, or immerse the device in water or any other liquid.

  32. Do not pour or spray any liquid on the screen for cleaning purposes.

  33. Do not leave the device in operation and do not move away from it for a long time. When you are not using the device, turn off the device and remove the power plug from the socket.

  34. Do not allow small children to use or play with the device. Do not leave the device running near children and do not move away from them. Do not allow children to come into contact with the device while the device is operating.

  35. Do not let small children play with the remote control or other accessories of the device and keep the remote control and other accessories out of reach of children. Swallowing remote control batteries or small accessories can be life-threatening. If the remote control batteries are swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

  36. Do not use the device near or in the presence of flammable, combustible and explosive materials. Make sure that there is no gasoline, thinner, alcohol, paint or any flammable and combustible material in the environment where the device is used.

  37. Do not use the device in extremely dusty environments, where hot particles may enter the device or where sparks may jump.

  38. If the device is used with headphones, make sure that the volume is not too high. High volume can cause temporary or permanent hearing loss.

  39. Viewing the screen in dark or dim light may cause eye strain. It is recommended to watch the screen at the appropriate light level.

  40. The USB terminal of the device should not be loaded with currents higher than 0.5A (500mA).

  41. Do not use old and new batteries and batteries of different brands, models and types together. Replace the exhausted batteries with new batteries of the same value and specifications.

  42. Do not dispose of exhausted batteries with other household waste and dispose of them in accordance with local laws and regulations.

  43. This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or inexperienced or uninformed persons, unless they are accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety.

  44. If the power cord is damaged, never use the device, do not try to change the cord yourself, or do not allow unauthorized persons to interfere with the device. The electrical cable of the device should be replaced with a suitable cable by the authorized service.

  45. In case of malfunction or damage to the device, turn off the device immediately and remove the power plug from the socket. Do not use damaged devices. Never open the cover of the device, do not try to repair the device yourself or do not allow unauthorized persons to interfere with the device and apply to the authorized service.

Note: If the product is found to be defective, the consumer; a) Returning from the contract by declaring that he is ready to return the sold item, b) Detaining the sold item and requesting a discount at the defect rate, c) Repairing the sold item free of charge, at the seller’s expense, if it does not require excessive costs.

Display\ Hide key icon : When there is no button icon popping up, press the key, the key icon will pop up like the picture shows above, the key icon will automatically turn off after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Icon selection : Short press the button, move the loop to the right, select the icon.
Icon function selection : Long press the key to achieve the function of the selected icon.

  1. Connect the antenna cable to the antenna socket on the back of the TV.

  2. To plug the power cord of TV (AC 100- 240V- 50/60Hz).
    Turn on TV

  3. Connect the power supply, enter the standby mode (red light), press the power button of the TV or the power button on the remote control to turn on the TV.

TV Stand Installation Instructions

  1. Open the carton and remove the TV and scattered accessories and base (some models without base).
  2. to avoid the injury of the TV, covered with a soft mattress, put ii on the table, face down on a soft mattress, the base of the neck is fixed on the TV with screws.
  3. screw the base and connected to the TV.

Setup Wizard

According to the “source· button to display the input source menu, select the corresponding input signal source by the next button, press the confirm button you can enter the relevant signal source.)

TV MENU

Press the “menu” button to display the menu, press the up and down keys to select the appropriate settings, press the right button to enter the relevant settings.

  1. Picture
    The brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, sharpness
    When the image pattern in the user mode, through the arrow keys, can change the contrast ratio, brightness, sharpness, saturation, backlight numerical.
    Backlight
    Select backlight through the upper and lower keys , then use the arrow keys to change the backlight value.
    Noise Reduction
    Press up/down key to select “Noise Reduction” option. Press lef/right key to select “Off”, “Weak”, ·Middle”, “Strong” and “Auto” to improve the picture sharpness.

  2. Sound
    Equalizer
    Through the up and down keys selected ·equalizer· option, and then press the OK key system will appear different bandwidth frequency level.
    Balance
    If the volumes of the left speaker and the right speaker are not the same, you can adjust the “Balance” to suit your personal preference.
    Auto Volume, Surround
    Select the automatic volume control options, after the key about to open or close the automatic volume control function, this method is also suitable for adjusting the surround sound.
    SPDIF Mode
    This is used to select “SPDIF Mode”. This option is only used in HDMI/DTV mode.

    DVB-T Auto Search
    Select option of Auto Tuning under the up and down keys .Then press OK button and the auto tunig will begin.
    DTV Manual Search
    ATV you need, you can also choose color and sound format, press the arrow keys to select “search” option, and press left key can search, but also by fine tuning the frequency changes, select the best frequency.
    DTV-S Auto Search
    Satellite
    Select the appropriate satellite according to the local satellite model.
    Channel Type
    Choose the Satellite type.
    Service Type
    Satellite Service type
    Scan Mode
    Satellite Scan Mode.
    DTV-S Manual Search
    Satellite
    According to local satellite model, the satellite model selection.
    Channel Edit
    Select the signal information option, press OK key to enter the next interface, will show the strength of the signal.

  4. Setting Adjustment
    No Signal Standby
    Press up/down button to select “No Signal Stand By” option. Press lef/right button to choose “On” or “Off” . If set “On”, TV will auto standby after 10 minutes in “No Signal” states. On VGA mode, if no any operation 15 seconds later, TV will enter standby mode.)
    CEC
    Press up and down key to select the option, and then open or close by the left and right CEC function. When cec opens, you can choose to turn on or off Auto Standby, Auto Power on, ARC, Device List, TV shutdown, cec devices will also automatically shut down.
    Reset
    Select the “restore default settings” option by using the up and down keys, and then click OK to enter the next window. Can choose to confirm or cancel, choose to confirm the television will restart, the menu data will restore the initial data, choose to cancel also back to the menu interface.

  5. Time setting
    Date. Current time
    This is not adjustable, when there is a signal when the automatic calibration.
    Sleep time
    The system provide many options of sleep time.

  6. Lock
    Choose the option of Lock System with the up and down keys .Then open the lock function with left and right keys. Please remember that initial password is 0000.lf you want to adjust password, you firstly should select option of set password and then input old password, new password. When new password you input again is correct and make sure above operation, this mean that you successfully reset password. When you want to shield some programs you don’ t like, please select the option of block program and input the channel number.

Help

No power|

  • Check if the AC cord of TV is plugged in or not. If there’s still no power, please disconnect the plug, and reconnect to the socket after 60 seconds. Turn the power back on.

Signal not received properly|

  • Double or phantom images may appear on your TV if there are high buildings or mountains close to where you are. You can adjust the image thru manual operation: consult instruction of vernier regulation, or adjust the direction of the external antenna.
  • If you use an indoor antenna, under certain circumstances signal reception may be more difficult. Adjust the direction of the antenna for optimum reception. If this does not improve reception, you may have to switch to an external antenna.

No picture|

  • Check if the antenna at the back of the TV is connected properly.
  • View other channels to see if the problem still occurs.

Static noise affects video and audio quality|

  • Check if the antenna at the back of the TV is connected properly.

Broken lines on screen|

  • Electrical appliances such as hair dryers or vacuums etc. may be interfering with your TV set. Switch these appliances off.

No video (PC mode)|

  • Please check if the cable is connected to the VGA port correctly, or if the cable is bent in some Places.

Vertical line blinking (PC Mode)|

  • Enter the main menu, and adjust the vertical placement to eliminate the vertical line.

Horizontal tearing (PC Mode)|

  • Adjust the horizontal placement of the screen to clear any horizontal lines.

Screen is too bright or dark (PC Mode)|

  • Adjust the brightness or contrast in the main menu.

No response from the PC|

  • Check if the PC’s display resolution is set to a compatible resolution for the TV.

Problems are unresolved|

  • Unplug the power cable and wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect to the socket. If problems still persist, do not attempt to repair the TV by yourself. Kindly contact the service center.

Do not leave your TV displaying a static image, whether it is from a paused video, menu screen, etc. for an extended period of time, doing so will damage the display and may cause image burn-in.
