Rousseau Oversized Eight Light Articulating Chandelier

NOTICE
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
TOOLS REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED)
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Slotted Screwdriver
- Wire Cutters
- Slip Joint Pliers
- Wire Strippers

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove mounting plate (A) from the canopy (E) by removing the collar ring (F).

Install mounting plate (A) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (C).

Feed electrical wires through the bottom rod (H) and connect to the fixture (I). Repeat for the middle rod (M), connecting to the bottom rod (H).

Continue feeding wires through collar ring (F), canopy (E), and top rod (G).

Holding the fixture upright, slide collar ring (F) and canopy (E) down, and rest on the fixture (I). Then connect the top rod (G) to the middle rod (M).
NOTE: Slide components down slowly to avoid damage. -
Hang fixture swivel ball (D) to the center of mounting plate (A).

Cut excess wires, being sure to leave enough to reach the junction box. Separate wires, and strip insulation on each 5/8”.

Connect the fixture neutral wire (black) to the driver output neutral wire (black) using wire nut (K).

Connect the fixture hot wire (red) to the driver output hot wire (red) using wire nut (K).

Wrap filter (B) ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue filter (B) ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (K).
NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. -
Connect filter (B) neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (K).

Connect filter (B) hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (K).
CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. -
Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck them into the junction box.

Insert driver (J) and filter (B) into the mounting plate bracket.

Install canopy (E) to mounting plate (A) by securing with collar ring (F).

Thread shades (L) to fixture body (I). See diagram 2.
NOTE: Do not over-tighten otherwise shade could become damaged.

Care Instructions
- Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster.
- Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
