CONNECTION

ON/OFF
After opening the charging case, the earphones will turn on automatically.
Put the earphones into the charging box and close it for shutting down the earphones.
Pairing
After being taken out from the charging case, the earphones will turn on automatically.
Turn on the smartphone’s Bluetooth and search the Bluetooth device TWINS PRO. Then, click “Connect”. A voice prompt saying “Connected” will sound once the connection is completed.

HOW TO USE

– Play/Pause: touch the left or right earphone once gently to play or pause the music.
– Volume: touch twice gently the left earphone to decrease the volume. Touch twice quickly the right earphone to turn up the volume.
– Previous/Next song: touch three times gently the left earphone to decrease the volume. Touch three times quickly the right earphone to turn up the volume.
– Answer/Hang up a call: touch the left or right earphone once to answer the call.
Touch again the left or right earphone to hang up.
– Reject a call: touch the left or right earphone for 2 seconds to reject the call.
– Voice assistant: touch the left or right earphone for 3 seconds to active the voice assistant.

CHARGE

Charge the case completely before using the earphones for the first time.
Charging case
a) Use the type-c charging cable included in the box to charge the case.
b) The 4 LED blue lights in the case indicate the charge level:

  • LED1 flashing: charge level <25%
  • LED1 always on + LED2 flashing: charge level 25% ≤ 50%
  • LED1 y LED2 always on + LED3 flashing: charge level 50% ≤ 75%
  • All LED lights always on: fully charged 90% – 100%

Earphones
When the battery is running low, you will receive a warning sound and the red LED will flash. The earphones will turn off once the battery will run low completely. In this case:
a) Put the earphones in the case.
b) When charge starts, a red LED will be activated and turned off once charge is completed.

Maintenance recommendations

  • Regularly clean the earphones with a dry cloth.
  • Avoid breaking the earphones. Do not put objects over them.
  • Keep the earphones connectors and buttons free from dust, dirt, lint, etc.
  • If the earphones include a cable do not pull from it to unplug them.
  • Keep the earphones always in a dry place, away from humidity.
  • When not using the earphones or earphones, store them in a place free from dust, dirt, lint, liquids, etc.
  • Do not pull the earphones earbud tip excessively. The earbud tip may tear.

  • Do not attempt to open the earphones. You might damage them.
  • Do not leave the earphones in contact with flammable materials.
  • Do not throw the earphones into fire.

  • Keep them away from children.
  • Do not plug the earphones into incompatible objects or devices.
  • Do not use the earphones if you perceive any visible defects.
  • Do not dismount or modify the earphones. These actions will invalidate the warranty.
  • Use only the supplied chargers and cables to charge the earphones. Unapproved chargers or cables can damage the battery or the earphones or earphones.
  • If the earphones have Hands-Free function, do not drive a vehicle and speak by phone simultaneously.
  • Do not put the earphones in your ears without earbud tips.
  • Do not listen too loud the music with the earphones or earphones.
