Connect to machine
OUC requires external power supply, please use the power adapter and power
cord in the kit.
You can also connect using other 24V 4A or higher power adapters.
Please bundle the OUC in a suitable location to ensure that it does not affect the operation of the machine, including power cable and laser wire.

- Remove
- M3*12mm Screw
- Loosen the screws
- Small Copling
- Maintain a distance of 4 mm and tighten the screws.
- Push the X-axis to the rear.
- If one side of the wheel does not touch the rear, loosen the screw on the part in the red box to adjust.
- Connect the machine, open the Grbl configuration of LaserGRBL, change the value of $22 to 0, and click Write Save to turn off the “Homing” function.
The X-axis engraving area of the machine has been reduced by 10mm, while the Y-axis engraving area has been reduced by 40mm! Using LU3-20A/B will not trigger the limit switch, resulting in abnormal homing function. Therefore, it is necessary to turn off the homing function!

- Remove
- M3*8mm Screw
- Adjust the distance to 60mm. Then loosen the screw securing the timing belt, tighten the timing belt and lock the screw.
- The Y-axis engraving area of the machine is reduced by 20mm!
OLM2Pro
- Remove
- M3*5mm Screw
- Adjust the distance to 65mm. Then loosen the screws securing the timing belt, tighten the timing belt and lock the screws.
- The Y-axis engraving area of the machine is reduced by 20mm!
OLM3
- The screw is locked in the second hole.
The Y-axis engraving area of the machine is reduced by 20mm!
OLM3LE
- The screw is locked in the second hole.
The Y-axis engraving area of the machine is reduced by 20mm!
AL2
The Y-axis engraving area of the machine is reduced by 20mm!
How to Use the Laser Module
Connect the Air Pump
- First press the position of the arrow, and then let Air Pipe enter the end.
- If your air pump has no air flow regulation function, please cut the air pipe into two parts at a suitable place (at least beyond the length of the machine size) for connecting the air flow regulator.
If you have the air pump of Ortur, the air pipe will directly connect the laser module and the air pump.
Of course, you can also have other air pumps. It is recommended to use air pumps with air flow>40L/min.
Maintain your Laser Module
If the laser module is not used for a long time or is used for more than 10
hours, clean the lens with medical alcohol and cotton swab.
Unclean lenses will weaken the power of the laser.
How to Replace the Lens of LU3-20A/B
These three parts can only be tightened after they are placed flat, otherwise the lens will be broken!
