Overlay Kits

Inner Overlay Kit (Reference A & B) – **SRV4111-025 (48in), SRV4112-025 (60in), SRV4113-025 (48inST)
Outer Overlay Kit (Reference C & D) – **SRV4111-173 (48in), SRV4112-173 (60in)

Check with your local build- ing code agency before you begin installation to ensure compliance with local codes, including the need for permits and follow-up inspections. CAUTION! Risk of Cuts, Abrasions or Flying Debris. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses during installation. Sheet metal edges are sharp.

A.   Inner Overlay Kit Includes

• Left Overlay
• Right Overlay
• Rear Overlay
• Hardware Pack with drill bit

B Installation Instructions

1. Peel protective coating off of overlays and place rear overlay into back of firebox. No fasteners needed. The side overlay will hold rear panel in place. See Figure 1

2. Place the right side overlay into the right side of the firebox. Align hole in top of firebox with tab on the top of the overlay. See Figure 2 and 3.

3. Right side panel will need to be put in place, then a hole will need to be drilled (with drill bit provided) into the firebox top through the overlay
4. Attach with 2 screws provided. This will hold rear panel in place. See Figure 3 and 4
5. Repeat Step 2 and 3 with left See Figure 4.

• Outer Overlay Piece
• Extended Hood

D. Installation Instructions

Note: If face is already covered by a facing material the overlay will need to be trimmed to fit.

1. The overlay is the same outside dimension of the La- nai front. See Figure 5. Install overlay with a high temperature adhesive with a rating of 600° F or more on the inside of all See Figure 6.

After securing overlay to front and allowing to prop- erly dry and cure to adhesive manufacturer’s specs, peel off protective coating. Clean with a quality stain- less steel cleaner.
