Product Information

This product is a TV wall mount designed for use in wood stud or solid concrete walls. It should not be installed into drywall alone. The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined to ensure proper installation and prevent damage or injury.

It is important to note that this product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Therefore, caution should be exercised when handling and assembling the product.

The package includes the following items:

  • Wall Plate 01 – Quantity: 1
  • TV Plate 02 – Quantity: 1
  • Extenders 3A – Quantity: 2
  • Extenders 3B – Quantity: 2

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the installation process, carefully read the entire instruction manual to ensure a proper understanding of the installation process and safety precautions.
  2. Verify that all parts included in the package are present and undamaged. If there are any missing or damaged parts, please contact us for assistance.
  3. Ensure that the wall where the TV mount will be installed is a wood stud or solid concrete wall. Installing into drywall alone is not recommended.
  4. Check that the wall is capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined. If there are any doubts about the wall’s strength, consult with a professional or contact us for guidance.
  5. Position the Wall Plate 01 at the desired location on the wall and mark the mounting holes.
  6. Using appropriate hardware (not included), securely attach the Wall Plate 01 to the wall, ensuring that it is level and properly aligned.
  7. Attach the TV Plate 02 to the back of the TV, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  8. Attach the Extenders 3A and 3B to the TV Plate 02 as needed,depending on the size and weight of the TV.
  9. Carefully lift the TV and align the TV Plate 02 with the Wall Plate 01. Securely attach the TV Plate 02 to the Wall Plate 01 using the provided hardware.
  10. Ensure that the TV is securely mounted and properly aligned.
    Make any necessary adjustments to achieve the desired viewing angle.

Please note that the maximum VESA pattern supported by this product is 400mm x 400mm (16″ x 16″).

TV Screws / Washers

Step 1-1 Select TV screw diameter
Thread screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your TV to select which screw diameter fits your TV.

Step 1-2 Select TV screw length
When attaching brackets to the flat screen, be careful not to over tighten screws and be sure that screws do not bottom out in the mounting holes.

Step 2 Mesure your TV pattern
Measure and note the width and the height of the square or rectangle formed from the VESA holes pattern .

  • 100mm ≈ 4in.
  • 130mm≈ 5 1/8in.
  • 200mm ≈ 8in.
  • 300mm ≈ 11 3/4in
  • 340mm ≈ 13 3/4in.
  • 400mm≈ 16in.

Step 3-1 Select monitor plate configuration
Select the configuration A , B , C, D, or E to use based on the measurement from STEP 2.

Step 3-2 Assemble TV plate and extenders

If your TV hole pattern is greater than 200x200mm, attach extenders [3A] and [3B] to TV plate3A 3B 02 using Nut [4A] and Bolt [4B].

Step 3-3 Attach the brackets

Step 4A Wall plate installation (wood stud)

  • Locate your studs. Verify and mark the center of the stud by finding the stud edges using an awl, a thin nail, or an edge-to-edge stud finder.

  • Position the wall plate  1 at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate and mark the pilot hole locations.

  • IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 2 3/4 in (70 mm). Be sure to drill into the center of the stud.
    Drill pilot holes using a 7/32 in. (5.5mm) diameter drill bit.

  • Install wall plate 1 using lag bolts A with Socket Wrench, NO Electrodrill.
    Tighten the lag bolts 1 until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate 0

Step 4B Wall plate installation (concrete or brick)

Position the wall plate 0 1 at your desired height, level the wall plate and mark the pilot hole locations x3.

Install wall plate using lag bolts with Socket Wrench, NO Electrodrill.
Tighten the lag bolts until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate 0 1 .

Step 5 Lift and hang TV with brackets onto wall bracket

Lift and hang TV assembly onto arm and wall plate.

Remove 2 preassembled screws and washers, save them for using to next step.

Secure the TV plate to the arm and wall plate with the removed screws and washers from the previous step.

Adjustments

Leveling adjustment (-3°/+3°)
If needed, TV can be leveled ±3 degrees via adjusting the 2 screws with the open-end wrench
