MOUNTUP MU0012-24K Full Motion TV Wall Mount
Product Information
The product is MU0012-24K, an installation kit for mounting a TV on a wall. The kit includes the following items:
- Velcro cable ties x5
- Bubble level x1
- HDMI cable x1
- Mounting template x1
The kit is suitable for TVs with a size range of 42 to 70 inches and a maximum
weight capacity of 100 pounds (45.5 kilograms). The TV screw diameter should
be selected based on the threaded holes on the back of the TV, with options
for M4, M6, and M8 screws. The maximum VESA mounting pattern supported is
600x400mm (24×16 inches), and the minimum is 200x100mm (8×4 inches).
Please note that this product is designed for use in wood stud and solid
concrete walls. It should not be installed into drywall alone. The wall must
be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined to
ensure proper stability and safety.
Before starting the installation, it is important to verify that all parts are
included and undamaged.
Product Usage Instructions

Read the installation instructions carefully before proceeding.

Ensure that you have all the necessary parts included in the kit and that they are undamaged.

Select the appropriate TV screw diameter by threading screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your TV. Choose between M4, M6, or M8 screws based on the fit.

Identify a suitable location on the wall for mounting the TV.
Ensure that the wall is made of wood stud or solid concrete, as this product is not suitable for use with drywall alone. -
Use the provided mounting template to mark the desired position on the wall for drilling holes.

Drill holes into the wall at the marked positions according to the instructions provided in the mounting template.

Attach the mount to the wall using appropriate screws and hardware suitable for the wall type.

Attach the TV to the mount using the selected screws and secure them tightly.

Use the bubble level to ensure that the TV is properly aligned and adjust as necessary.

Secure any loose cables using the provided Velcro cable ties for a neat and organized setup.

Connect the HDMI cable between the TV and other devices as needed.

Double-check all connections and ensure that the TV is securely mounted before use.

Step 1-1 Select TV screw diameter
Step 1-2 Se l ect TV screw length
When attaching brackets to the flat screen, be careful not to over-tighten
screws and be sure that screws do not bottom out in the mounting holes.
Step 1-3 Attach the bracket
CAUTION: Ensure bracket is securely fastened before moving on to the next
step.
- (a) For Flat Back
- (b) For Round Back / Extra Space
Step 2A Wall plate installation (wood stud)
- Locate your studs. Verify and mark the center of the studs by finding the stud edges using an awl, a thin nail, and an edge-to-edge stud finder.
- Position the mounting template at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the mounting template and mark the pilot hole locations.
- IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 2 3/4 in (70 mm). Be sure to drill into the center of the stud.
- Mount wall plate using 4 sets of 5/16” lag bolts (a) and washers B with a 1/2 in. socket wrench (not included).
Step 2B Wall plate installation (concrete or brick)
- Position the mounting template at your desired height , level the mounting template and mark the pilot hole locations x4.
- Install wall plate 01 using lag bolts A and anchor (not included).
Tighten the lag bolts A until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate 01 .
STEP 3 Install Front Support and Extensions and End Cap together
- Install the extensions [03] to front support [02] with the pre-assembled screws.
- Install the end cover [03] to front support with the pre-assembled screws.
- Hang 02 onto 01 and using a screwdriver to secure with preassembled screws and washer P2.
Step 4 Hang TV with brackets onto the arm extensions
Remove the pre-assembled screws [P3] and save to use, then raise the safety locks.
Adjustments
Tool-free Tilting Adjustment
If necessary
If TV keeps tilting down, pull TV to desired angle then fasten tilting nuts
with open-end wrench.
TV leveling adjustment (-3°/+3°)
Loosen 2 leveling bolts on the rear of TV plate with the opened wrench C , adjust to level, and retighten to secure.
