Product Information

This product is a pair of M11 speakers that can be connected together using the TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function. By connecting two speakers, you can enhance your audio experience and enjoy stereo sound.

Product Usage Instructions

Situation 1: Pairing two new M11 speakers with your device

1. Ensure that both M11 speakers are turned off.
2. Turn on one of the M11 speakers by pressing the power button.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the speaker until the LED indicator starts flashing rapidly.
4. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
5. Select the M11 speaker from the list of available devices to pair it with your device.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the second M11 speaker.

Situation 2: Unpairing one or both M11 speakers from your device

1. Make sure that both M11 speakers are turned on.
2. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and find the paired M11 speaker(s).
3. Select the paired M11 speaker(s) and choose the option to unpair or forget the device.

Pairing two M11 speakers with each other

1. After unpairing the M11 speakers from your device (as described in Situation 2), ensure that both speakers are turned on.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on one of the M11 speakers until the LED indicator starts flashing rapidly.
3. On the second M11 speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button until it starts flashing rapidly.
4. The two M11 speakers will automatically connect to each other, indicated by a steady LED light or a specific audio prompt.

Once the two M11 speakers are successfully connected to each other, you can enjoy the TWS function and experience stereo sound. Please refer to the user manual for additional features and troubleshooting tips.

How to connect 2 peakers for TWS function?

Situation 1:
If you purchase two M11 speakers and never paired with your device. Please operate as the steps below:

1. Step 1: Turn both of them on, and you will see the white lights keep flashing,which means the speakers are on and ready to work.
2. Step 2: Pick any one of them and press the “M” button three times quickly and wait few seconds. The pairing between two speakers is done when you see one white light keeps flashing and the other one stops flashing and keeps always on. Step 3: Activate the bluetooth on your device,find and choose “M11” to connect and it will be done within 2 seconds,then you can enjoy TWS.

Situation 2:
If one or both of them have paired with your device,then you need to unpair it/them with this device first so that you can pair two speakers with each other.

1. Step 1: Turn on the speaker and connect it to your device.Then please disconnect them on your bluetooth setting. Now the upairing job done and both two speakers’ white light keeps flashing. (iOS and Adroid is disconnectd by different approach, if you do not know how to operate,please refer to the QA page, we upload a video for reference.)
   • Now you can pair speakers and connect them to your device by following steps on Situation 1.
   • Next time you turn them on, they will connect to the same device automatically.
