Charging use

When the earphone is under low voltage, the red light flashes once a second and there is an alarm sound. At this time, please connect the power adapter The charger charges the headset, otherwise the headset will automatically shut down when the power of the headset is too low. After the headset is charged through the Type C charging cable, the  working indicator changes from red (steady on) to blue (steady on).
Note: “Please use a DC SV power adapter that meets national standards and has passed CCC certification for charging.”

Bluetooth pairing

First boot pairing:
In the off state, long press the volume”+” key for 2 seconds, the blue light is always on for 1 second, the red/ blue light flashes alternately, the headset is turned an and directly enters the Bluetooth pairing search state of the mobile phone. Then openthe mobile phone or smart electronic device, find “Sanag A11S Pro” from the Bluetooth list, and click Connect.sanag -A11S-Pro-

Key operation

  • Headset on: In the off state, long-press the volume”+” key for 2 seconds, the blue light is always on for 1 second, the red / blue light flashes alternately, and the headset is turned on with a prompt tone. After the headset is turned on, it will automatically search and connect with the paired Bluetooth device
  • .Headset off: When the headset is turned on, long press the volume”+” key for about 5 seconds, the headset is turned off, and the  red light goes out after it is always on.
  • Disconnection, over distance disconnection or equipment shutdown: When the mobile phone and headset exceed the Bluetoo connection distance, an alarm tone appears in the headset, and the mobile phone and headset are disconnected.  Return to the Bluetooth connection range between the headset and the mobile phone within 3 minutes. The headset and the mobile phone can be connected automatically. After 3 minutes, the headset will enter the standby mode. If it is not connected after 5 minutes, the headset will turn off automatically.
  • Bluetooth mode and TF card mode switching Double click the multi-function button, and the headset will switch between TF card mode or Bluetooth mode, accompanied by “card mode” or “Bluetooth mode” prompt tone.
  • Music play/pause: Briefly press the multi-function key to play/pause music.
    • Playback status: the blue light flashes once in 5 seconds.
    • Pause status: the blue light flashes once in 10 seconds.)
  • Answer/ reject: When the first call comes in, briefly press the multifunction key to answer; Press and hold the multifunction key to reject
  • Hang up Short press the multifunction key to hang up.
  • Next key/volume up In the music state, press briefly and the volume continues to increase. When it is increased to the maximum, there is a prompt tone and a prompt tone; Beep. In playback status, long press 2s to switch to the next song.
  • Previous key/volume reduction In the music state, press briefly and the volume continues to decrease. When it decreases to the maximum, there is a prompt tone and a prompt tone; Beep. In playback status, long press 2s to switch to the  previous song.
  • How to copy data In any state, insert the data cable into the PC or mobile phone (with OTG adapter) and read it to the USB flash disk, And copy the required songs or data files to the device.

Matters needing attention:

  • if no mobile phone is connected after startup, it wil automoticolly shut down after 5 minutes.
  • please fuly charge the product for the first time.
