Charge description

Earphones charging

Put the headset into the charging box for charging. The ice blue lamp of the charging box flashes when charging, and the lamp will be off when it is fully charged.

Charging bay charging

The red light is flashing when charging; The Ice blue light is on after full charge.

Battery capacity

30mAh (earphones) 300mAh (charging bay)

Warning: The rechargeable battery of this product must be properly disposed for recycling. Please do not put it into the fire to avoid explosion events.

One-Setp pairing

The earphones automat ically powers on after being taken out.

The earphones automatically powers off after being put back.

Headset on: please take out the headphones together, The “di” prompt sound appears on the ear directly, that means it’s power on successfully. (one headphone light shows the breathing state and the other is flash) .

Open the electronic device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to find t he matching name “SanagXPro” and click to connect

Key operation

Answer calls: When a call coming in, click on the earphones.
Reject calls: When a call coming in, press about two seconds.
Hang up calls : When in a ca ll, click on t he earphones.
Pause/Play: Click the left ea rphone or right earphone
Next song: Double click the right ea rphone
Previous song: Double click the left earphone
Game mode: when the headset is connected, long press 1-2 seconds to hear the prompt tone and then release to enter the game mode; long press 1-2 seconds to hear the prompt tone and then release to exit the game mode.

No sound in the earphones

  • Confirm whether the earphones are in working condition.
  • Confirm whether the phone volume is proper.
  • Confirm whether the earphones are properly connected to the phone.
  • Confirm whether the ea rphones are in the normal area coverage.

Bad calling effect of the earphones

  • Confirm whether the phone is in a strong signal area.
  • Confirm whether there is no barrier between the earphones and the phone.
