WARNINGS
- Risk of electric shock – Disconnect power at the source before installation.
- If you are unsure about the installation or the maintenance of the wall light, please consult an electrician.
- Do not make or alter any holes in the wiring enclosure or modify any electrical componentry.
CAUTIONS
- To insure personal safety, proper grounding of the electrical fixture is required.
- The fixture must be wired in accordance with the National Electric Code and applicable local codes or ordinances.
- Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.
FIXTURE MOUNTING AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure the power has been turned off by switching the circuit breaker to the off position or by removing the fuse from the fuse panel.
- If you are replacing an exisitng fixture, remove and disconnect the old fixture first.
- Mount the hanging bracket using the provided screws.
- Connect the fixture ground wire (green/yellow) to the supply ground (green or bare copper) using the provided wire nut.
- Connect the fixture neutral wire (white wire) to the supply neutral wire (white wire) using the provided wire nut.
- Connect the fixture hot wire (black wire) to the supply hot wire (black wire) using the provided wire nut.
- Mount the fixture frame to the mounting bracket using the provided nuts while ensuring no wires are being pinched or misplaced.
- Tighten the provided nuts until the fixture is tight agaist the ceiling.
- Attached the lens to the mounting frame by aligning the tabs, and rotating the lens clockwise until secure.
- Installation is now complete, restore power and ensure the fixture is operational.
3 YEAR WARRANTY

Maxxima will replace any warrantied product to the original consumer/purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period.
