Yale YRD450-F Key Free Touchscreen Door Lock
Download 4 Yale Access App
Create an account if you don’t already have one, then tap “Set Up a Device”.
Already have Yale Access or August account? Log in using your existing
username and password and select “Set Up a Device”.
Scan QR Code
In the app, scan the QR code located inside the lock’s battery compartment or
below when prompted to begin setup.
Install Lock
Do not insert batteries until prompted by the installation guide.
For installation, refer to the helpful step-by-step videos in the app or the
paper instructions in the box.
If you have an optional Yale Smart Module you’ll be guided by the app to set
it up.
Set Up Fingerprint
Follow instructions in the Yale Access app to register your fingerprint so that you can use it to unlock your door. You can register fingerprints for yourself and others in the Guest List tab of the app.
