Product Information
The Danvers Grande Two-Tier Chandelier (Item # CHC 5012) is astylish and elegant lighting fixture for your home. It features atwo-tier design with glass discs (L) hanging from hooks on the ends of brackets (K). The chandelier does not include bulbs.
NOTICE: This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

- Phillips Screwdriver

- Slotted Screwdriver
- Measuring Tape
- Chain Pliers
- Wire Cutters
Product Usage Instructions

Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.

Remove collar loop (D) from chain (H) by removing quick link (E).

Install the mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (C).

Secure collar loop (D) to the mounting plate (B) using pliers to tighten the locknut.

Install the canopy (F) to the collar loop (D) and secure it with the collar ring (G).

Determine the desired overall length and amount of chain (H) needed. Shorten the chain using chain pliers, but keep extra chain for adjustments if necessary.

Install the rod (J) to the fixture body (M).

Attach the chain (H) to the collar loop (D) and fixture loop (I) using quick links (E). Secure the quick links.

Thread the fixture wire and ground wire through the chain (H). When reaching the collar loop (D), ensure there is no tension on the wires. Cut excess wires, leaving about 12 inches to reach the junction box.

Separate two sides of molded wire and strip insulation on each side by 5/8 inch.

Loosen the collar ring (G) and carefully let the canopy (F) slip down the chain (H).

Twist all fixture wires together and slip them through the center hole of the collar loop (D).
NOTE: Untwist wires and separate to prepare for connection. -
Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (A).
NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. -
Connect the fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using a wire nut (A).

Connect the fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to thesupply hot wire (usually black) using a wire nut (A). Be cautious not to reverse the hot and neutral connections.
CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. -
Make sure all wire connections are tight and carefully tuck them into the junction box.

Install the canopy (F) to the collar loop (D) and secure it with the collar ring (G).

Install light bulbs into the sockets.

Hang glass discs (L) to the hooks on the ends of brackets (K).

Hang the remaining glass discs (L) to hooks (N) on the bottom of fixture body. See diagram 3.
Care Instructions
Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do Not use abrasive or
chemical agents.
