Assembly Instruction
- Insert Harp (D) into Saddle (B).
- Attach Lamp shade (E) onto Harp (D) and tighten it with Finial (F).

BULB TYPE: Use only the bulb type and wattage indicated on Wattage Label
placed on or near socket.
WARNING: NEVER EXCEED MAXIMUM WATTAGE Indicated as bulb may cause fire.
CAUTION:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)
as a safety feature. This plug can be used in a polarized outlet only one way.
If plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG!

PROPER LAMP CARE:
Use a soft cloth to dust your lamp on a regular basis. Never use chemicals
or an abrasive cleaner, to do so may damage the finish on your lamp.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Turn off electrical power and check all wire connections.
- Check fuse or circuit breaker and replace if necessary.
- Check to make sure light bulb is in working order.

Product Usage Instructions
- Assemble the lamp by inserting the Harp (D) into the Saddle (B).
- Attach the Lampshade (E) onto the Harp (D) and tighten it with the Finial (F).
- Plug the lamp into a polarized outlet with the wider blade of the plug inserted correctly.
- Use only the bulb type and wattage indicated on the Wattage Label placed on or near the socket. Never exceed the maximum wattage indicated as it may cause a fire.
- To turn on the lamp, flip the switch located on the Socket assembly (C).
- Clean the lamp with a soft cloth on a regular basis. Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the finish on the lamp.
- If the lamp does not work, turn off the electrical power and check all wire connections. Check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace if necessary. Check to make sure the light bulb is in working order.
