BULB TYPE: Use only the bulb type and wattage indicated on Wattage Label placed on or near socket. WARNING: NEVER EXCEED MAXIMUM WATTAGE Indicated as bulb may cause fire.
CAUTION
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug can be used in a polarized outlet only one way. If plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG!
PROPER LAMP CARE:
Use a soft cloth to dust your lamp on a regular basis. Never use chemicals or an abrasive cleaner, to do so may damage the finish on your lamp.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Turn off electrical power and check all wire connections.
- Check fuse or circuit breaker and replace if necessary.
- Check to make sure light bulb is in working order.

Assembly Instructions
- Install E26 bulb (C) into socket.
- Put Lamp shade (D) onto Lamp body (A), then lock it with Finial (F).
Product Usage Instructions

Place the lamp on a flat surface near a power outlet.

Plug the lamp into the outlet. Make sure the polarized plug is
inserted correctly and fits snugly into the outlet. -
Turn on the lamp by touching the 3-way touch switch (B). The first touch will turn on the lowest brightness setting, the second touch will turn on medium brightness, and the third touch will turn on the highest brightness setting. The fourth touch will turn off the lamp.

If the lamp does not turn on, refer to the troubleshooting section in the instruction manual.

To turn off the lamp, touch the switch until it turns off or unplug the lamp from the outlet.
