- Added care must be taken on slopes when changing direction
Tips for mowing
- Start mowing as close to the socket as possible.
- Always keep the extension cable on the previously mowed lawn area.
- Constant cutting height 3-5 cm, do not cut more than half the height of the lawn.
- Do not overload the lawn mower! If the motor speed is greatly reduced due to long, heavy grass, raise the cutting height and mow several times.
- Mow in the morning or late afternoon to protect the freshly cut lawn from drying out.
- Mow the lawn twice per week during the strong growing phases. Mow less during periods of less rain.
Mulching with the mulching kit (option)
With mulching, the cuttings are not collected and remain on the grass. The
mulch protects the ground from drying out and provides it with nutrients.
The best results are achieved by regular cutting of approx. 2 cm. Only young
grass with soft blades will decompose quickly.
- Height of grass before mulching: maximum 8 cm
- Height of grass after mulching: minimum 4 cm
**** Adapt your walking speed to the mulching and do not go too quickly.
