Product Information: Brindille XL Articulating Linear Chandelier
The Brindille XL Articulating Linear Chandelier is an elegant and modern
lighting fixture that can add a touch of sophistication to any room. The
chandelier is designed to be installed on the ceiling and is suitable for use
in residential and commercial spaces. It comes with a mounting plate, canopy,
and glass shade, and requires a Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver,
wire cutters, and wire strippers for installation. The fixture is UL Listed
for safety and quality assurance.
Product Usage Instructions
- Inspect the item and contents carefully before installation. Do not install if any damage or defect is found.
- Remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.
- Remove the canopy (H) from the mounting plate (B) by removing the collar ring (I).
- Install the mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (C).
- Feed the electrical wire through the bottom rod (K) and connect it to the fixture (L). Repeat for the middle rod (J), connecting it to the bottom rod (K).
- Continue feeding wire through collar ring (I), canopy (H), and top rod (G).
- Holding the fixture upright, slide collar ring (I) and canopy (H) down and tighten collar ring (I) to secure canopy (H) to mounting plate (B).
- Attach metal caps (M) to the glass shade (N) and thread it onto the fixture.
- Connect the driver input neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (A).
- Connect the driver input hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (A). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.
- Connect fixture neutral wire (black) to driver output wire (black) using wire nut (A).
- Connect fixture hot wire (red) to driver output wire (red) using wire nut (A). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.
- Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck them into the junction box.
- Insert the driver into the mounting plate (B) bracket.
- Install canopy (H) to mounting plate (B) and secure it with collar ring (I).
Note: The glass shade should not be over-tightened during installation, as it could become damaged. Clean the fixture only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster, and do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect items and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all
packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

NOTICE

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove canopy (H) from mounting plate (B) by removing collar ring (I).

Install mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (C).

Feed the electrical wire through the bottom rod (K) and connect to the fixture (L). repeat for the middle rod (J), connecting to the bottom rod (K).

Continue feeding the wire through the collar ring (I), canopy (H), and top rod (G).

Holding the fixture upright, slide collar ring (I) and canopy (H) down, and rest on the fixture (L). Then connect top rod (G) to the middle rod (J).
NOTE: Slide components down slowly to avoid damage. -
Hang fixture swivel ball (F) to the center of mounting plate (B) and secure with set screw (D) using a provided wrench (E).

Cut excess wire, being sure to leave enough to reach the junction box. Separate wires, and strip insulation on each 5/8″.

Connect supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten.
NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded -
Connect the driver input neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (A).

Connect the driver input hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (A).
CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. -
Connect fixture neutral wire (black) to driver output wire (black) using wire nut (A).

Connect fixture hot wire (red) to driver output wire (red) using wire nut (A).
CAUTION : Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. -
Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck them into the junction box.

Insert the driver into a mounting plate (B) bracket.

Install canopy (H) to mounting plate (B) and secure with collar ring (I).

Thread glass shade (N) to metal caps (M).
NOTE: Do not over-tighten otherwise shade could become damaged.
