Product Information
The Flesso Small Floor Lamp Item # KW 1430 is an adjustable light fixture that comes with CE, SAA, and UK plug adapters. It is designed to be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes by a person familiar with its construction and operation as well as the hazards involved. The lamp has a quick connector (AI & A2), an adapter (C), and a shade (D) that can be adjusted to the desired angle. It is UL listed for safety.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.
- Connect the quick connector (AI & A2) together.
- Install the plug (B) to the adapter (C) as shown in diagram 1.
- Adjust the shade (D) to the desired angle.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet and test the fixture.
Note:
If any damage or defect is found during the inspection, do not install the
lamp. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and
approved. To clean the lamp, use only a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do
not use abrasive or chemical agents.
NOTICE

Installation Instruction
