CAL-ROYAL N-MR77 N-MRESC Escutcheon Trim For Exit Device
The Cal-Royal NMRESC Trim is designed to be used with N-MR7700/N-MR9800 Series Mortise Exit Devices. The trim is available in different models, including NMRESC-7700, NMRESC-7730, NMRESC-7740, NMRESC-7705, NMRESC-9800, NMRESC-9830, NMRESC-9840, and NMRESC-9805.
Product Usage Instructions
- Exit Device Chasis: This is a mortise chassis that can be locked and unlocked with a key. To open the device, pull the mortise lock lever.
- NoCyl, Trim Always Operable: This is a dummy esc lever trim that can be operated even when the push bar is locked down. Pull the trim to open the door.
- Pull when Push Bar Locked Down Dummy Esc Lever Trim: This is another type of dummy esc lever trim that can only be operated by pulling it when the push bar is locked down.
- Rigid Lever, Cyl Esc Lever Trim: This is a lever trim that can be operated with a cylinder. It has a rigid lever and a cylinder escutcheon.
- 00 function Entrance: This is an entrance function lever trim that can be used with a mortise lock. To install it, attach the collar and mortise cylinder to the escutcheon case with a mortise nut. Then, attach the case to the door using two screws to the chassis, aligning the spindle to the hub.
- 30 function Passage: This is a passage function lever trim that can be used without a lock. To install it, attach the escutcheon case to the door using two screws to the chassis, aligning the spindle to the hub of the chassis.
- 40 function Dummy: This is a dummy lever trim that cannot be operated. To install it, attach the collar and dummy cylinder to the escutcheon case with a mortise nut. Then, attach the case to the door using two screws to the chassis.
- 05 function Storeroom: This is a storeroom function lever trim that can be locked from the outside using a key, but can be opened from the inside without a key. To install it, attach the collar and mortise cylinder to the escutcheon case with a mortise nut. Then, attach the case to the door using two screws to the chassis, aligning the spindle to the hub.

Method of Change Handing of Lever LHR/RHR
LHR
- Lever Trim shipped and supplied. with lever positioned neutral, Non-Handed.
- Rotate lever to desired hand, LHR, position at 90°~95°.
- Fasten guide stop plate to case.
- Done.
RHR
- Lever Trim shipped and supplied with lever positioned neutral, Non-Handed.
- Rotate lever to desired hand, RHR, position at 90°~95°.
- Fasten guide stop plate to case.
- Done.
