Product Information uartBridge User Manual
The uartBridge is a module designed for integration with third-party wireless security and smart home systems. It allows a wireless network of smart and secure Ajax detectors to be added to a third-party security or smart home system through the UART interface. Please note that connection to Ajax hubs is not supported. The uartBridge supports the following sensors: MotionProtect (MotionProtect Plus), DoorProtect, SpaceControl, GlassProtect, CombiProtect, FireProtect (FireProtect Plus), and LeaksProtect. Integration with third-party detectors is implemented at the protocol level.

Product Usage Instructions
In order to use the uartBridge module, follow the steps below:
- Ensure that the uartBridge is connected to the central unit of your third-party security or smart home system using the UART interface.
- Ensure that your wireless Ajax detectors are compatible with the uartBridge module. The supported detectors include MotionProtect (MotionProtect Plus), DoorProtect, SpaceControl, GlassProtect, CombiProtect, FireProtect (FireProtect Plus), and LeaksProtect.
- Ensure that the maximum number of connected devices does not exceed 110.
- Place your wireless detectors within a maximum distance of 2,000m from the uartBridge receiver in an open area.
- Ensure that the power supply voltage is nominally 5V DC (4.5-5.5V DC).
- Operate the uartBridge within an operating temperature range of -10°C to +40°C and up to 75% operating humidity.
