Important Safety Instruction
If used in the correct method, this design and production of this product can ensure your personal safety completely. However, any inappropriate use may lead to potential risk and danger of electric shock or fire hazard. Please read all the safety instructions before installing and using the product. In particular, attention shall be given to the following information:
- It needs to be stored or used in the ambient temperature.
- It shall not be placed in water or wet locations.
- It cannot be disposed randomly because it may cause environmental pollution.
- Without approval, it shall not be disassembled or repaired.
- The built-in lithium battery can’t be disposed in the fire or other places to prevent causing fire hazards.
- It shall be cleaned with dry cloth.
- Whenever there is damage, it needs to be repaired by professional personnel.
Headphone Overview

Power On / Off
Powering on
- Ensure the headphones are turned off.
- Press and hold on the MFB button until a “Power on” voice prompt is heard then release the button, then the headphone will enter into pairing mode automatically signed with LED flashes blue and red alternatively.
- There will not be the solid or flashing blue light on the right side to indicate that the “C10 ” is powered on
Powering off
- Ensure the headphones are turned on.
- Press the MFB button until the right Led indicator light turns solid red with a descending sound, a “Power off” voice prompt will be heard when the headphone is powering off.
Pairing the Device
- Making sure there is power remaining in C10.
- Press and hold the MFB button (1) until the LED indicator (4) flashes in blue once then in blue and red alternatively which indicates that the headphone entered into pairing mode. You will hear the voice prompts “Power on” then it will wait for pairing.
- Enable searching of nearby Bluetooth devices using the Bluetooth menu on your device.
- Select “C10” from the Bluetooth device list on your mobile phone. If connected, a voice prompt “your headset is connected” will be heard and the headphone will enter into standby mode.
Note:
- If the headphone can not finish the procedure of pairing within 3 minutes, the headphone will turn off automatically after a “Power Off” voice prompt.
- After pairing, when the headset connection is disconnected, a voice prompt “ your headset is disconnected” will be heard.
Music-related Functions
- To pause the music, press the MFB one time. To start playing again, press the MFB one time again.
- Press and hold the Volume + button for 3 seconds Increase volume
- Press and hold the Volume – button for 3 seconds Decrease the volume
- While you are listening to the music the LED (4) is off all along.
Call Operation
making a call
- Chose the one you want to call in the phone
- Your call is automatically routed to the C10
Answering a call
- The incoming call will prompt the incoming call Number on the headphones
- To answer the call, simply press the MFB button once briefly
- Your call is automatically routed to the C10
Ending a call
Press the MFB briefly once to end a call
Rejecting a call
When there is an incoming call, double-click the MFB button to reject/ignore the call
Redial the last dialed number
In standby mode, double-click the MFB button to redial the last number dialed
Charging the battery
Fully charge the battery for about 2 hours before using this headphone for the first time.
Plug the smaller end of USB charging cable into the interface of the USB charging port.
Next, plug the other end of the USB charging cable into other power charging devices or a computer with the power on. The led indicator will keep in Red during charging.
Note: Please charge the headphone with the 5V/1A charger.
