Product Information
The Heimgard Hub Pro is a smart device that receives and processes input from various smart devices and is controlled via the Heimgard mobile app. It requires an internet connection to function and comes with a backup battery that lasts approximately two hours in case of a power loss. The device can be connected to your home router through an Ethernet cable and can also be connected to WiFi. In case of a loss of internet connectivity, a SIM card is included to allow for continued control and viewing of devices. The device comes with a reset button and troubleshooting instructions for any issues that may arise.
Product Usage Instructions
- Insert the Battery (B) into the Hub (A).
- Connect the Ethernet Cable (C) from the Ethernet input (E) on the Hub to the LAN port on your internet-connected home router.
- Connect the Power Cable (D) from the Power input (I) on the Hub to a wall socket.
- Download the Heimgard app and follow the in-app instructions to set up the device.
- To connect your hub to WiFi, open the Heimgard app and follow the steps under Gateway Settings Connectivity Wi-Fi Setup.
- If internet connectivity is lost, activate the included SIM card by following the steps under Gateway Settings Connectivity Cellular Setup.
- If you experience abnormal behavior, perform a Factory Reset by pressing and holding the reset button (H) for 15 seconds with a pen. The LED (G) will flash blue to indicate successful reset. You will then need to reconnect to your device.
- For troubleshooting, check that the cables are inserted correctly, you have internet connectivity, and your hub and phone are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Important safety information: Read and follow all instructions provided. Clean only with a dry soft cloth, and do not block any ventilation openings. Do not install near heat sources or water, and protect cables from being pinched or walked on. Dispose of used batteries properly.

- Clean only with dry soft cloth. Household cleaners and solvents can damage the finish on your device.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the these instructions.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other device that produce heat.
- Do not use this device near water.
- Warning: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this device to rain or moisture.
- Do not expose device to dripping or splashing.
- Protect the attached cables from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point the exit the apparatus.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- All servicing should be performed by qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the device has been damaged in any way.
- The main plug should be easily available to disconnect the device.

Do not throw used batteries in the trash. Dispose of them in the proper waste container.

To connect your hub to WiFi

Open the Heimgard app and follow these steps:

Enter the WiFi Name and Password

Press “Apply” to activate

You can now disconnect the ethernet cable from the hub
INSTALLATION
- Insert the Battery (B)to the Hub (A).
- Connect the Ethernet Cable (C) from the Ethernet input (E) on the Hub to the LAN port on your internet-connected home router.
- Connect the Power Cable (D) from the Power input (I) on the Hub to a wall socket.
- Download the Heimgard app.
HOW TO USE

The hub receives and processes input from various smart devices and is controlled via the Heimgard mobile app.

In case of a power loss the hub the backup battery lasts ~2 hours.

If internet connectivity is lossed you can still control/view your devices by activating the included SIM card.

To activate the include SIM card, open the Heimgard app and follow the steps listed here:

Enter the APN: mdatks (for the included SIM) Press “Apply” to activate.
TROUBLESHOOT
- Check that the cables are inserted correctly
- Check that you have internent connectivity
- Check that your hub and phone are connected to the same WIFI network.
Note: It could take up to 5 minutes for your hub to start. The software
may be updating.
If you are experiencing any abnormal behaviour you can perform a Factory
Reset.
Note: This process will delete your existing system and reset it. You
will need to reconfigure all your devices after the reset.
You will need a pen. Press and hold reset button (H) for 15 seconds. The LED
