INSTALLATION

STEP 1
Open the hood.

STEP 2
Wrap the LED strip into a circle shape and firmly press into place inside of the intake hole to secure.
AND/OR
Attach the strip as pictured as an alternate method of install. -
STEP 3
Remove the plastic covers on the right and left side of the engine bay -
STEP 4
Run the wires along the front brace and connect to the control box. -
STEP 5
Connect the positive wire to a constant (always on) or accessory (only when the car is on) circuit in the fuse box by using an included fuse tap. -
STEP 6
Connect the negative wire to a ground source, such as the one circled in the picture. -
STEP 7
Test for function. -
As shown below, connect all light pods to the control box with the included extension cables.

OPTIONAL: 2 x 12” Strips can be used to enhance your front grille or use as spares.
***** IMPORTANT: The LED connectors are not waterproof. You will need to use HEAT SHRINK TUBE (not included) or ELECTRICAL TAPE around the LED connectors to ensure the longevity of the lighting kit. -
Once connected, plug the control box Cigarette Power Adapter into an available 12 volt charging port.

or connect the positive wire to the fuse tap and connector the open negative wire to a ground (any metal surface). Then plug the fuse tap into the 10amp switched fuse.
WARNING: Please ensure that the led
strips/control box/wiring all are mounted in areas of the engine bay that will
not exceed 85C or 185F
