Product Information:

• The RZR 200 Front Grille with Backing Plate Kit is available in two colors – white (SKU: 925FP0196) and red (SKU: 925FP0197).

• The kit includes one grille, one backing plate, and a hardware kit.

• The kit requires specific tools for installation, which are
  listed below:

  • Push Dart Tool
  • T-40 Socket
  • 1/16 Allen Wrench
  • 1/4 Socket
  • 7/64 Drill Bit

Product Usage Instructions:

• Step 1: Start by removing the hood center piece by removing two push darts holding it in place and two push darts underneath it.
• Step 2: Remove three push darts on both front fenders.
• Step 3: Unplug both low/high beam connectors located underneath the hood.
• Step 4: Remove four T-40 screws holding the front clip onto the vehicle. Two screws are located in the front of the vehicle under the headlights, and the other two are located underneath the car where the A-arms connect to the frame. Now remove the front clip.
• Step 5: Install the backing plate to the grille using the supplied hardware to fasten it down.
• Step 6: Cut out the OEM grill with an air attachment or cutters. File any rough edges and use some heat to de-bur. Leave the 1/2 trim piece in contact. You will need to mount the grille to the trim.
• Step 7: Lay the grille into the front clip. With a 7/64 drill bit, drill through each hole and install supplied hardware. Use a 1/16 Allen wrench and 1/4 socket to fasten everything down. Do not over tighten.
• Step 8: Reinstall the front clip with all hardware. Don’t forget to reconnect the low/high beam connectors.

INSTALLATION

Step 1: Remove (2) push darts holding the hood center piece on. Remove (2) push darts underneath the hood center piece. Step 2: Remove (3) push darts on both front fenders. Step 3: Unplug both low/high beam connectors, located underneath the hood. Step 4: Remove (4) T-40 screws holding the front clip onto the vehicle. (2) are located in the front of the vehicle under the headlights. The other (2) are located underneath the car where the A-arms connect to the frame. Now remove the front clip.
Step 5: Install the backing plate to the grille. Use supplied hardware to fasten down. Step 6: Cut out the OEM grill with an air attachment or cutters. File any rough edges and use some heat to de-bur. Leave the 1/2″ trim piece in contact. You will need to mount the grille to the trim. Step 7: Lay the grille into the front clip. With a 7/64” drill bit, drill through each hole and install supplied hardware. Use a 1/16” Allen wrench and 1/4″ socket to fasten down. DO not over tighten. Step 8: Reinstall the front clip with all hardware. Don’t forget to reconnect the low/high beam connectors.
