INSTALLLATION INSTRUCTION
NOTE: Always install a set screw on both sides of the weight arm. Install the screws with the provided blue thread locking agent. Make sure the screws are installed with an equal amount of thread engagement. When adding magnets make sure the holes and magnets are clear of debris. If magnets are stuck, use back window to push the magnets out.
NOTE: the OEM limiter washer in 2020 was .090” and some 2021 models have
a thicker .130” washer. Remove the primary clutch cover and remove the slip-
fit post. You will notice an O-ring, limiter washer (flat washer) and
Belleville washer. Only remove part number 3 in the diagram. Reinstall the
slip fit post and clutch cover.
NOTICE: When the outer slip-fit post (D is removed, the belleville washer
(j) and flat washer Q) will fall out of the clutch assembly. DISCARD the slip-
fit post and washers. These will be pre-installed in the NEW clutch assembly.
