We thank you for choosing our product. It is designed for you according to the highest quality standards. Please read the operation manual carefully before using and operating the unit. Heed all warnings. If the device is passed on to another person, this manual must be handed over to the user along with it. Please keep this manual handy for future reference.
INTENDED USE
- This inflator is indented to work with 12 volt DC or with the rechargeable battery.
- This inflator is designed to inflate bike tyres, sports equipment, air mattresses, beach toys and other inflatables.
- This appliance is only intended for private use and is not suitable for professional operation.
- The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper usage or incorrect operation or non-compliance with this manual.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Please carefully read the manual included with this product. Misuse of the unit could cause property / equipment damage and / or personal injury
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Prior to operation, inspect the appliance and its accessories for physical damage prior to each use. In case of any damage, dispose of the appliance.
- Regularly check the cigarette lighter plug and supply cord for damage. The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the supply cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
- Do not over-inflate products beyond the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Do not allow the inflator or its components to get wet.
- Do not operate the inflator in wet or damp areas.
- Use only in well ventilated areas.
- Keep the inflator away from flammable areas / liquids at all times.
- Do not leave the inflator unattended while in operation.
- After using, turn off the unit.
- Always disconnect power when not in use.
- Never allow children to handle and operate this inflator. Close supervision is necessary when this inflator is being used near children.
- The inflator is not a toy. Keep away from children and pets at all times.
- Do not use this inflator in extremely hot conditions.
- Do not use this product for other purpose than inflating. If you do so, personal injury can occur.
- Do not disassemble or tamper with this inflator.
- If the inflator emits abnormal sounds or overheats, turn it off immediately and let it cool off for minimum of 30 minutes.
- When operating the inflator do not run for more than 10 minutes of continuous use. Allow inflator to cool down for 10 minutes before re-using.
- Inspect inflator before each use. If cracked, broken, or damaged parts are found, qualified technicians should repair them.
- Never expose the inflator to rain, frost, or temperatures above 40°C or temperatures below -30°C. When it is under 0°C, please warm up the product by running it without a load in order to protect the control system against being inoperative.
- Never use on people or animals.
- Make sure the cord is not exposed to hot objects, oil or sharp edges.
- Do not carry inflator by the air hose or power cord, damage may occur.
- Warning! For your own safety, you should only use accessories and parts specified in the instructions, or recommended for use by the manufacturer.
- Operate the inflator only with the accessories that are included.
- Warning! For vehicles, it is mandatory to check the tire pressure with a manometer homologated. Indeed, the manometer of the device, while being good quality, is not homologated and therefore NOT SUITABLE FOR INFLATING CAR TIRES.
- Warning! Do not connect to a 24 volt DC lighter socket.
- Warning! Do not use the inflator while the battery is charging!
- Warnings! Type-C cable is designed for charging the rechargeable battery only! Cigarette lighter plug 12 volt DC is designed for inflating only! Do not mix the cables!
- The inflator contains one rechargeable lithium battery. Do not open the casing to avoid battery damage or other dangers.
- Warnings! The inflator contains one non-replaceable battery. Used battery must not be disposed of in the household rubbish. The battery must be removed from the device before it is scrapped. To remove the battery, take the product to a designated disposal/collection site. For your safety, do not attempt to remove the battery yourself. If the battery are not properly removed, they may lead to damage to the battery and device, cause personal injury, and/or result in the device being unsafe.
- If the battery should leak, dispose of device according to regulations. If battery acid has leaked, avoid contact to skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Rinse affected areas immediately after contact with the acid and wash with plenty of clean water. Visit a physician.

INFLATING FUNCTION

Connect the 12V power cord into DC 12V power outlet. Or, if the inflator is charged, use the rechargeable battery.

Screw the air hose to tire air valve by twisting it clockwise until it is securely attached to the tire air valve.

Press pressure unit button to select PSI, BAR or KG/CM2.

Press +/- button to set desired pressure. Press the inflating switch to start inflating. The inflator will automatically shut off once the pre-set pressure is reached.

Remove the quick connector from the tire and screw the valve cap
Note: The original display is set 2.5 BAR.
Note: The cables should be straight, net and in correct direction. If the cable is stuck, do not wind. Try to pull it out and make the cable tidy and wind again.
CHARGING INSTRUCTION
Insert the Type-C cable into the charging port and USB port into the adapter. After the power is connected, the battery bar is flashing to indicate the charging status.
Note : The user should charge the unit by a 5V 2A adaptor.
Warning! When the unit is charging and the battery indicator shows no
power and is flashing, the battery could be already damaged. The functions
related to the battery will not work. Do not open the unit or change the
battery because the battery could be short-circuited. The DC function still
works. You can only use it as a DC inflator.

Press light button to turn on/off the working light / flash light.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Keep the inflator clean and dry.
- To clean, use slightly damp cotton fabrics. Do not use acetone or abrasive cleaners.
- Always store in protective pouch bag to guard against damage.
- Do not submerge in water or other liquids. Do not store in a damp places and direct sunlight.
- Check the product and its accessories frequently before use. If the product does not work, check that the fuse is not damaged. If so, use the provided spare fuse to replace or purchase a new one.
FUSE REPLACEMENT
- Unscrew the cigarette lighter plug head and get the old fuse out.
- Replace the new fuse and screw the cigarette lighter plug head.
