PROJECTOR BUTTONS AND FUNCTIONS

POWER ON /OFF

  1. Slide to the left and then press ::Ill on the projector to start the projection, the indicator on the projector bottom is lit up, then wait a moment, the home menu will be displayed.
  2. Press again to shut down the projector.

Note:
Pressing on the remote control without charging can only shutdown the projector, but in charging status, press again, you can turn on the projector.

Airplay/ WifiDisplay / EShare-Three wireless connections Note: Copyrighted content from Hulu, Netflix, and similar services CAN NOT be mirrored or screencast.

Air Play – For iOS devices
Connect the projector with the same network as your smart device or connect your smart device with the Hotspot “AKASO” provided by the projector, the password is “12345678” Two ways(see A & B below), you can choose any one.

Connect Wi-Fi
CD Select and click “Settings” to access the setting interface. Then select and click “Wi-Fi” to access the network settings interface. Or you can select ‘9″ on the home menu to access the network settings interface directly.

Select the same network name as your smart device, then type the password to start to connect.(Make sure that the smart device and projector are connected to the same network.)

Connect hot spot provided by the projector

  1. CD Select and click “Settings” to access the setting interface. Then select and click  “Convenient hot spot” to access the hot spot interface.
  2. Turn on the “Easy Wi-Fi hotspot”, you will see the network name(Network SSID) and password provided by the projecto,
  3. Turn on your srnart device, select and click “Settings” on your srnart device, find and click uwi-Fi” to access the Wi-Fi setting interface. Then select the Wi-Fi hot spot name (provided by the projector) and type the password(l2345678) to start to connect.

Mirroring

  1. CD Select and click uSame Screen” icon on the home menu or click @ on the remote control.
  2. Select and click “AirPlay” on the screen cast interface or click @ on the remote control.
  3. Turn on Airplay(Screen Mirroring) on your iOS device, select your projector ID in Air Play list, then wait arnornent, the screen content on the iOS device will be displayed on the projection screen.

Note : If iOS device and projector are already connected with the same Wi-Fi, there is no need to connect with the hot spot provided by the projector.

WifiDisplay – For Android devices
Download Miracast app on your Android device in the network status for first time use. Connect the projector with the same network as your smart device or connect your smart device with the Hotspot “AKASO” provided by the projector, the password is “12345678” Two ways(see A & B below), you can choose any one.

Connect Wi-Fi
CD Select and click “Settings” to access the setting interface. Then select and click “Wi-Fi” to access the network settings interface. Or you can select ‘9’on the home menu to access the network settings interface directly.

Select the same network name as your smart device, then type the password to start to connect.(Make sure that the smart device and projector are connected to access the same network.)

Connect hot spot provided by the projector

  1. CD Select and click “Settings” to access the setting interface. Then select and click #Convenient hot spoe to access the hot spot interface.
  2. Turn on the “Easy Wi-Fi hotspot”, you will see the network name(Network SSID) and password provided by the projecto,
  3. Select and click “Settings”, then select and click “Wi-Fi” to access the Wi-Fi setting interface. Then select the Wi-Fi hot spot name(provided by the projector) and type the password(l2345678) to start to connect.

Mirroring
CD Turn on Miracast on your android device and access the connection interface to start to connect.

  1. Select and click “Same Screen” icon on the home menu or click® on the remote control.
  2. Select and click “WifiDisplay” icon on the screen cast interface.

After accessing the Wifidisplay interface, click “Search” on the projection screen, it will search for your smart android devices. Then find your device and click “agree” in the pop-up to connect. Wait a moment, the screen content on your device will be displayed on the projection screen.

EShare – For Android/iOS devices

  1. CD Select and click “Settings” to access the setting interface. Then select and click “Wi-Fi” to access the network settings interface. Or you can select ‘9’ on the home menu to access the network settings interface directly.
  2. Select the same network name as your smart device, then type the password to start to connect.(Make sure that Android/iOS device and projector are connected to the same network.)
  3. Select and click “Same Screen” icon on the home menu or click ® on the remote control.
  4. Select and click “EShare” icon on the screen cast interface.
  5. Download EShare app according to the tips on the projection screen. Scan QR code or visiting download website with your smart device.
  • Make sure your smart device and the projector are connected to the same network.
  • Use your smart device to scan the QR code displayed on the projection screen or directly visit the website(URL) displayed on the projection screen to access the download interface to download and install EShare.
  • Launch EShare and click “EShare-****” to connect.

Note : In different networks status, the QR code and website(URL) will be updated automatically. If your smart device hasn’t EShare, please download and install it according to the updated QR code or website(URL).

Turn on EShare on your smart device, click “Device List” on the top to search and check device. Click your device, the projector will connect with it automatically.

HDMI INPUT

  1.  Connect the projector and your device with HDMI cable.
  2. Select and click “HDMI” icon On the home menu. Then wait a moment, the screen content on your device will be displayed on the projection screen.

Micro SD Card & U flash drive

  1. Select and click [APP] icon on the home menu.

  2. Find and click Gallery/MX Player Pro/Music icon.

  3. Then you can choose to read the contents of Micro SD card or USB flash drive via the projector, like photos, videos, musics( which are already stored in the Micro SD card or USB flash drive).

  4. Video format support: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 real-time video decoder, H.263, H. 264, H.265, VC-1, RV, VP6/ VPS, Sorenson Spark, MVC etc

  5. Music format support: MP3,WMA,MP2,OGG,AAC,M4A,MA4,FLAC,APE,3GP,WAV

  6. Picture Format support:jpg / png / bmp etc

  7. Select and click Settings icon on the home menu interface.

  8. Select and click Network settings/ Common settings/ Projector mode/ Keystone correction / Developer Options/ Other settings icon on the Settings interface to enter the corresponding interface.

SECURITY

  1. Please do not disassemble and change any parts of the projector privately. Please find the professional personnel for machine maintenance.
  2. Please do not use the projector on blanket, pillow and other soft materials to keep the normal heat dissipation of the machine.
  3. Please do not look directly into the lens or aim the lens at the person’s eyes to avoid the strong light hurt your eyes.
  4. Please do not use the projector near the river, or in high temperature or highly dust polluted environment.
  5.  Please do not put any heavy things on the projectoc
  6. Please use the original power adapter to charge the projector.

Note: When projector is working, please do not look directly into the lens, the strong light will flash your eyes and cause slight pain if your eyes are close to the lens. Children should use the projector under the supervision of adults.
