Product Information

The product is a heart rate monitor called RHYTHM+2.0. It has Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity options for pairing with smart fitness apps, sports watches, and fitness equipment. The device has an LED indicator that shows different statuses through different color codes. It complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and contains a license-exempt transmitter/receiver that meets Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s license-exempt RSS(s).

Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off: To turn on the device, press and hold the MFB button for 2 seconds. To turn off the device, press and hold the MFB button for 3 seconds.
Scosche 142RHY20GR Rhythm+ 2.0 Waterproof Armband 1 LED Status: The LED indicator on the device shows different statuses with different color codes. When the LED flashes red/blue, the device is in Bluetooth pairing mode. A successful Bluetooth connection is indicated by blue blinks. Normal operation is indicated by a solid blue light.

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
  2. Find the Sensor Settings menu in the Bluetooth Smart Fitness App.
  3. Turn on your RHYTHM+2.0 and select it in the app to connect.

Initial Setup with Bluetooth & ANT+ Smart Devices (Sports
Watches & Fitness Equipment):

  1. From the device settings menu, select Add HR sensor.
  2. Turn on your RHYTHM+2.0 and select it to connect.

Armband Placement: The recommended placement for the device is on the upper forearm, between the bicep and triceps.
