Camera Overview
Adjustment Knob

Presentation of the Camera:
The camera features components such as the Antenna, Speaker, White Lights,
Infrared Lights, Microphone, and Lens.
Connection:
Wired Connection: Connect the camera to a router using the USB port or by
scanning the QR code for setup.
Connect the camera and the Wi-Fi NVR. After powering on the devices, the NVR
will automatically pair with the camera and display images on the screen.
NOTE: If you purchase an additional new camera, it is necessary to manually connect it to the system. For detailed information, consult the following link.
Installation of the Camera
Installation Precautions
- Avoid pointing the camera towards brightly lit or reflective objects such as lights, windows, mirrors, and other areas with strong light reflection.
- Do not install the camera in places where objects cover or darken it.
- For better image quality, make sure the camera and the subject are in the same lighting conditions.
- To clean the camera lens, it is recommended to wipe it occasionally with a soft cloth.
- Do not expose the power port to water or humidity, nor block it with dirt or other substances.
- Do not install the camera in places where it can be hit by rain or snow directly.
- The camera can operate in extreme cold conditions, up to -10°C, as it produces heat when powered on. Before installing outdoors, it is possible to warm up the camera by turning it on indoors for a few minutes (only for outdoor cameras).
Mounting the Camera to the Wall
- Drill holes in the wall based on the position of the mounting template and insert the plastic anchors.
- Align the camera base with the mounting template holes and secure the base with screws. (Place the camera cables on the notch.)
- Loosen the adjustment knob on the bracket and adjust the camera to the appropriate angle.
- Tighten the adjustment knob to secure the camera.
Distance, Height, and Angle of Installation
- Distance: Best precision for objects within 1.5-15 m.
- Angle: Tilt the camera about 30-60° relative to the horizontal position.
- Height: Install the camera at 2.5-5 m from the ground.
NOTE : The accuracy of human detection can be influenced by several factors such as the distance between the person and the camera, the height of the person, the height and angle of the camera. Night vision technology can also affect the precision and distance of detection.
Installation Steps
- Drill holes in the wall according to the mounting template and insert plastic anchors.
- Align the camera base with the mounting template and secure it with screws (ensure cables are positioned correctly).
- Mount the camera 2.5-5 meters above the ground.
- Adjust the camera angle using the bracket adjustment knob and tighten it to secure the camera.

If the camera continues not to turn on after changing the power supply, check if the infrared light is on or off. If the infrared light is not on, the camera may be defective; assistance may be requested.
