15 seconds before going into standby mode.

FALL ASLEEP FASTER …
Mina Sunrise lamp makes it easier for you to fall asleep. Its soothing orange
light gradually changes to a red light.
The wavelengths of red light stimulate the production of melatonin. Melatonin
is a natural hormone that promotes better sleep. The brain releases more
melatonin at nightfall and tends to release less when you are exposed to
light.
… AND WAKE UP NATURALLY
Mina Sunrise lamp provides a gentle wake-up call and a real feeling of
lightness and well-being. The blue light emitted by Mina Sunrise plays a key
role in regulating our circadian rhythm, also known as the body clock. This
blue light causes a decrease in the production of melatonin, so you feel awake
and ready to face the day.
The intensity gradually increases and eventually approaches a warm white light
simulating sunrise.
