Hardware requirements
The Netac Portable SSD requires a desktop computer, laptop or MAC computer with USB port. The product must be connected to a port matching the USB cable provided along with it.
Compatibility OS
The product is compatible with Windows7/8/8.1/10, Mac OS 10.6, and Android 5.0 or higher edition. It is recommended to use this product in Windows 8 or a higher edition of the OS to maximize performance, as UASP is unavailable in Windows 7 or lower edition.
User Guide
To use the Netac Portable SSD, follow these steps:
- Connect the product to a desktop computer, laptop or MAC computer with USB port using the USB cable provided along with it.
- Ensure that the product is connected properly and recognized by the computer.
- Transfer files to and from the product as you would with any external storage device.
- Once finished, eject the product from your computer using the appropriate method for your operating system.
- Disconnect the product from your computer by removing the USB cable.

Features of the product
NETAC Portble Solid-State Disk is an easy-to-use, plug-and-play and multi- function storage device. It will be connected to USB port on computer via the USB cable provided, without need of any driver. Do not disconnect this device during data trans-mission, or otherwise unpredictable damage may be caused to the data transmitted or this product. Upon completion of data transmission, be sure to safely remove this device in computer before disconnecting it. It is recommended to make multiple back-ups of any crucial data on any other device. This product uses NAND Flash as storage medium, contains no mechanical part, and features high-transmission rate, quiet operation, resistance to vibration, and security data storage. The USB port provided on this product is compatible with any USB port of a lower version, but it is recommended to connect this product to any port of a matching version so as to obtain best user experience.

- Here 1GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes, and actual available capacity of this product may not be equal to the rated capacity.
- Subject to USB-IF regulations, USB3.2 is only used to define performance and capacity of this product, but not any USB cable or port such as USB-C, USB Type A, or Micro-USB.
- USB3.2 specification absorbs all of the previous 3.X specifications, and defines three transmission rates: 5 Gbps for USB3.2 Gen 1, 10Gbps for USB3.2 Gen 2, and 20Gbps for USB3.2 Gen 2×2. The optimal user experience can be obtained only when this product is used in any device with USB port matching this product.
- According to internal test, performance of this product may vary depending on capacity of hard drive, devices in main case, the operating system and applications.
- Data stored in this product are not within coverage of the warranty, so please make backup of your data regularly.
