Charging

Note: Only use a 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case, as adapters with higher voltage would damage the batteries of the charging case and the earbuds.

Low Battery

  • When the power of the charging case is low, its blue LED indicator will flash 3 times every 30 seconds.
  • When the earbud’s power is low, the indicators on them flash red every 5 seconds, and a voice reminder prompts every 60 seconds.
  • When the charging case is being charged, the LED indicator of the case flashes ice blue.
  • When the charging case is fully charged, the LED indicator of the case stays on and remains ice blue.
  • When the earbuds are being charged, the red and blue indicators on them light up after they are placed into the charging case, indicating that the earbuds are being charged.
  • When the earbuds are fully charged, the red and blue indicators on them are off.

Power On/Off

Power On

  • Auto Power On Remove the earbuds from the case, and they are automatically turned on and waiting to be connected to the paired device.
  • Manually Power On: When the earbuds are not in the case and OFF mode, press and hold the touch zone on the earbuds for 5 seconds to manually turn them on.

Power Off

Auto Power Off:

  1. When the earbuds are placed into the charging case and the cover is closed, they will automatically power off and start charging.
  2. If the earbuds are not connected to a device for 5 minutes, they will automatically power off.

Manually Power Off When the earbuds are not in the case and ON mode, press and hold the touch zone on the earbuds for 5 seconds to manually turn them off.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure that the charging case is fully charged and open the case cover, the earbuds are automatically powered on as soon as they are removed from the case.
  2. Put both earbuds together to get them interconnected, and the red and blue indicators on the earbuds flash alternatively.
  • Open the Bluetooth interface on the phone after the earbuds are interconnected to search for “Netac TW01G”, then tap “Pair”.
  • You will hear a prompt tone when the earbuds are paired with your device.

Music

  • Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch zone to pause the music.
  • Previous Song: Consecutively tap the touch zone on the left earbud for 4 times to switch to the previous song.
  • Next Song: Consecutively tap the touch zone on the right earbud four 4 times and switch to the next song.

Volume Control

  • Volume Up: Tap the touch zone on the right earbud once.
  • Volume Down : Tap the touch zone on the left earbud once.

Phone Call

  • Answer calls: Double-tap the touch zone to answer a call.
  • Hang-up Calls: Double-tap the touch zone to hang up a call.
  • Reject calls: Press and hold the touch zone for 2 seconds to reject a call.
  • Call Volume Up: Press and hold the touch zone on the right earbud for 2 seconds.
  • Call Volume Down: Tap the touch zone on the left earbud for 2 seconds.

Activate Voice Assistant(mobile phone support is required)

Turn On/Off Voice Assistant: Press and hold the touch zone on the left earbud for 2 seconds.

Game Mode

Turn On/Off Game Mode: Press and hold the touch zone on the right earbud for 2 seconds.

ANC/Transparency Mode

  • Consecutively tap the touch zone on an earbud 3 times.
  • Note: The earbuds switch between ANC mode, Transparency mode, and Normal mode in a cycle every 3 taps. In other words, the first three consecutive taps make the earbuds enter Transparency mode.
  • The next three taps enable ANC mode. And the three taps after that allow the earbuds to switch back to Normal mode.

Restore Factory Settings

  • If you see two “Netac TWO1G” in the Bluetooth device menu on your phone, or you can only hear music through one earbud, please follow the steps below.
  • This means that the left and right earbuds have not been automatically paired with each other:
  1. Disconnect the earbuds and delete “Netac TW01G” from the Bluetooth device list on your device.
  2. Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the case cover open. Then press and hold the touch zone for 10 seconds.

Notes

  1. Do not disassemble/ reassemble the product to avoid malfunction or fire.
  2. Do not expose the product to corrosive liquids to prevent product damage.
  3. Do not subject the product to extreme temperatures (below -10 degrees Celsius or above 60 degrees Celsius).
  4. Keep the product away from children and pets.
  5. Keep the product away from sharp objects to prevent scratches.
  6. Do not use the product during thunderstorms to avoid damage or electric shock.
  7. If the product is not used for more than 1 month, charge it regularly for maintenance to ensure safe operation.
  8. Swimming or diving may result in signal disconnection or interruption as Bluetooth signals cannot travel effectively underwater.

  7. Repeated charging and discharging of the earbuds will lead to a decrease in battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable electronic products.
