Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off
To power on the earbuds:

  • Manual Startup: Touch & hold both left and right earbud for 3 seconds.
  • Auto Startup: Open the case, then earbuds will power on automatically.

Bluetooth Connectivity
To connect to Bluetooth:

  • Open the charging case, earbuds will go into pairing mode automatically.
  • Open Bluetooth from your phone, search for Netac ACE01, then click the connect icon.

Music & Call Control:
For music control:

  • Single touch, double touch, or triple touch on either earbud for various functions.
  • Transparency mode: Touch for 2 seconds to turn on or off.

For call control

  • Single touch, double touch, or touch for 2 seconds on either earbud for different call functions.

Charging
To charge the earbuds:

  • When the earbud battery is low with a warning tone, put it into the charging case to charge it.
  • Red LED blinking indicates low battery, green LED blinking indicates charging, and LED off indicates fully charged.

Reset Earbuds:
If the earbuds are not connected, before connecting to any device, quick touch left & right earbuds 5 times to reset them.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the earbud battery is low?
A: When you hear a warning tone for low battery, place the earbuds in the charging case to charge them promptly.

  • Touch & hold both left and right earbud for 3S to Powe on
  • Open the case , then Earbuds will power on automatically

Manual startup

  • Netac-ACE01-Wireless-Earbuds- \(3\) Touch & hold either left or right earbud for 5S to Powe off (When Left and right earbuds are connect, Long press L/R earbud to turn off both of the ear buds)
  • Put earbuds into charging case and close the case , it will power off automatically
