GENERAL

The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damage caused by improper or incorrect use. When using electrical equipment, some basic precautions should be taken to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, burns, and other damage. To do this, keep in mind the indicated safety instructions.

SAFETY NOTICES

  • Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for later use.
  • After removing the packaging, make sure that the appliance is undamaged; When in doubt, call a competent qualified electrician. The packaging parts (plastic box, polystyrene, nails, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children, as they are dangerous; be sure to remove them according to current rules.
  • Before plugging in the appliance, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the appliance. If there are any differences between your plug and your electrical base, have the plug replaced with the correct one by a qualified and competent electrician; Also make sure that the cable matches the power consumption of the device. Do not use adapters or extensions; If it is necessary to use them, they must comply with current safety regulations and their current capacity (amps) must not be less than the maximum of the appliance.
  • This appliance is for domestic purposes only, in accordance with the manner indicated in these instructions.
  • When the appliance is in use, it becomes hot: just contact the plastic handle and the switches. Avoid touching the radiant part.
  • Do not cover the appliance when it is hot, to avoid the risk of fire.
  • Do not allow children or incompetent persons to use the appliance unsupervised.
  • Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
  • Never move the appliance by pulling the cord; never throw it out to unplug it.
  • After turning the appliance on or off, you may hear a slight noise (click) due to the appliance heating up or cooling down. This is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.
  • CAUTION: Instructions for heaters marked “Do Not Cover” or with the “Do Not Cover” symbol contain the following: “WARNING: To avoid overheating, do not cover heater”
  •  Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that turns it on automatically, as there is a risk of fire if the heater is covered or improperly positioned.

INSTALLATION

  • Before each use, check that the appliance is not damaged and that the cable is not damaged. When in doubt, call a competent qualified electrician.
  • Place the appliance far enough away from sources of heat, flammable materials (curtains, fabrics, etc.), flammable gases or explosive materials and materials that can be deformed due to high temperatures. Check that the front of the appliance has a clearance of approximately 1m, in front of it, while the side has a clearance of 0.5m. in front. Do not use the appliance near a bathtub, sink or shower to avoid electric shock, or in a place where it could be pushed and damaged.
  • Place the appliance on a horizontal and flat surface or table; do not place it on an incline (the appliance could tip over). Make sure the security system contacts the floor; otherwise the appliance will not work.
  • Make sure that the cable is positioned correctly and that it is not in contact with the hot surfaces of the appliance.

All repairs should be done by a qualified and competent electrician. In any case, you must return the device to this service.

FUNCTIONING

  • Plug in the appliance and press just one key of the switch to set “1” for a low heating of 300W.
  • Press only the switch key in position “11” for 500W medium heating.
  • Press switch key “1” and “11” at the same time, it is for 800W high heating.
  • To turn off the appliance, press keys “1” and “11” in position “0” and unplug the stove.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Before cleaning the appliance, switch off, unplug and wait until it has completely cooled down.
  • To clean the body, use a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products.
  • When the heater is not in use, it is necessary to cover it and place it in a dry place. We recommend using the original packaging to protect it from dust and moisture.
  • The cord must be replaced by a special tool – contact a competent qualified electrician.

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT

This sign indicates that this product must not be disposed of together with other household waste in the whole EU. To avoid possible damage to the environment or health from disposal uncontrolled nation of waste, recycle properly to promote sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, use the return systems and collection or contact the establishment where the product was purchased. They can collect this product for environmental safe recycling.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority deifferentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service.
