Product Usage Instructions

Wireless Pairing:

1. When the headset is removed from the charging box, it will automatically turn on.
2. The left and right ears will be automatically paired within 15 seconds.
3. On your mobile phone, click the Wireless device name and wait to hear “Connected” for successful pairing.
4. For subsequent use, the TWS and the phone will automatically connect with each other.

Function Definition of Product Buttons and Slot:

• L button: Functionality specific to the left earpiece.
• R button: Functionality specific to the right earpiece.

• Q: How do I charge the earphones and the charging case?
  A: To charge the earphones, place them in the correct position on the charging case, and they will start charging automatically. The blue indicator light on the charging case will turn on when charging begins. To charge the case, insert one end of the charging cable into the USB-C port on the case until it is fully charged.

• Q: How do I adjust the volume?
  A: Press the designated buttons on the earphones to adjust the volume. For example, quickly press the button twice to decrease the volume and press the other button twice to increase it.

• Q: How do I turn off the earphones?
  A: To turn off the earphones, press and hold either the L or R button for about 3 seconds until they power down.

Wireless pairing operation method of the first time:

• When the headset is removed from the charging box, it will automatically turn on and the left and right ears will be automatically paired in 15S.
• (If there is any uncertainty, the left and right ears are not automatically paired in 15S, please press seven times quickly on key① or key② can be paired). Then search for the corresponding Wireless device name on the mobile phone, click the Wireless device name on the mobile phone, and when heard “Connected”, the headset and the mobile phone are successfully paired.    At the shutdown state, long touch button ① and ② to turn on the TWS earphone, left and right earphones alternately flash red and blue light, then touch button ① or button② about 3 seconds to turn off the TWS earphone. After wireless paired successfully, when listening to music, quick touch button ① or button ② to pause playback and then quick touch again to replay; Continuously quick touch button ① two times to turn down the volume, continuously quick touch button ② two times to turn up the volume; Long touch button ① and hear the beep sound to play the previous song, Long touch button② and hear the beep sound to play the next song; Continuously quick touch button ① or button ② three times to open the Siri function of the mobile phone. • Charging box: Put the TWS earphone into the corresponding R, L charging position of the charging box.
• Type-c ports of the charging box : Power input jack, can use the native USB cable for charging, or connect to the 5V output charger with standard USB cable of mobile phone.

Method of charging:

1. Charge for the TWS earphone: Put the earphone into the R, L charging position corresponding to the charging box, and the TWS earphone will be automatically charged. At this time, the blue indicator light of the charging box lights up. The red light of the left and right earphones keeps on, the red light is off when fully charged. The charging box power indicator is off after the left and right headphones are fully charged.
2. To charge the case: Insert one end of the charging cable into the port of the charging case, another end of USB plug connect with the 5V adaptor (not include), the indicator will be slow flashed when charging. The red indicator will on when charged.

Low battery: When there was a low voltage power, the machine will prompt ” Low battery, please charge”, and then will automatically shut down, please recharge in time at this time. If it is not to be used for a long time, charging one time every month at least, it can protect the battery and extend battery life.

Auto power off function：

• At the searching match status, if without any match in 5 minutes, the TWS earphone will automatically power off.
• Reset : When the earphone suddenly crashed, please long press the power button for 8s, the earphone will boots again and back to normal state

• Important Safety Information: Use the headphones and their case with care. They contain sensitive electronic components, including batteries, and may malfunction, affect performance, or cause damage if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or exposed to excessive heat, liquid, or high-pressure environments.
• Concentrations of industrial chemicals, including nearly evaporated liquefied gases such as helium. Do not use the headphones or their case if they are damaged.
• Batteries: Do not try to replace the batteries in the earphones or the charger box yourself, as you may damage the batteries and cause overheating and injury.
• Charge: Please charge the case with the charging cable and a power adapter or a computer, charge the device only with an adapter that meets relevant national, international and regional safety standards.
• Other adapters may not meet applicable safety standards and their use to charge the case could present the risk of injury or death. Using damaged cables or chargers, or charging the device if they are wet, may cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the case or other belongings.
• Prolonged exposure to heat: Avoid prolonged skin contact with the device, power adapter, charging cable and its connector, or the wireless charger when connected to a power source, as this may cause discomfort or injury. For example, while the case is charging using the charging cable and a power adapter or wireless charger plugged into a power outlet, do not sit or sleep on top of the case, connector, adapter, or charger.
• Do not place them under a blanket, pillow, or your body. Take extreme precautions if you suffer from any physical condition that prevents you from detecting heat in your body.

Hearing loss:

• Listening to sounds at high volumes can cause permanent hearing damage. Background noise, as well as continued exposure to high volume levels, can make sounds seem less intense than they actually are. Check the volume after putting the headphones in your ears and before playing audio.
• CAUTION: To prevent possible hearing damaged, try not to have the volume set at high levels for long periods of time
• Danger to drive: It is not recommended to use headphones while driving a vehicle (in some countries, this practice is illegal). Consult and respect the laws and regulations in force regarding the use of headphones while driving. Be prudent and pay attention when you drive.
