SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ AND SAVE THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS FAN.

WARNING

Before using this electrical appliance, read the instructions below carefully and keep the user manual for future reference:

  1. Before connecting the appliance to a wall socket, check that the local power supply matches the one indicated on the appliance rating plate. Always plug your appliance into an earthed socket.

  2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  3. This appliance is intended for domestic use only. No other (professional) use is permitted.

  4. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

  5. Make sure the fan is disconnected from the power outlet before removing the protective guard.

  6. Electrical and electronic products must be collected separately. Do not dispose of waste electrical and electronic products with unsorted municipal waste, but collect them separately. Systems and collection sites (sorting centers, waste disposal centers) are made available to you by local authorities and distributors. By entrusting your product at the end of its life to the proper recycling process, you help protect the environment and your health.

  7. Unplug the power cord from the electrical power supply as soon as you stop using it and before
    cleaning and maintenance.

  8. Do not remove the fan guards for cleaning or maintenance.

  9. Do not immerse the appliance, the power cable or plug in water or any other liquid.
    CAUTION: Do not use the appliance near bathtubs, showers, washbasins or other vessels containing water.
    WARNING : do not use this appliance near water.

  10. This appliance can be operated by remote control system.

  11. Do not cover the product.

  12. The appliance must be used and placed on a flat surface. Do not turn over the appliance when it is being operated.
    WARNING: Do not block air vents inside the appliance.
    CAUTION: An improper use of the appliance could present safety hazards and cause injury.
    CAUTION: Avoid touching moving parts. Never insert your fingers, any other parts of your body or any object through the fan grille.

  13. This appliance is intended for home use and for use in similar environments such as:

  14. This appliance is not suitable for use outside.

  15.  The power cord should be periodically inspected for signs of damage, and the appliance should not be used if the cord is damaged.

  16. Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is running.

  17. For detailed explanations for installing your fan, refer to the corresponding paragraphs in your manual.

  18. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
    CAUTION: Assemble the fan completely before turning it on.

USE

CAUTION

  • Make sure that the product is placed on a flat and stable floor.
  • The power socket must be in the vicinity of the fan and easily accessible.
  • Always position the power cord so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in it.
  • To use aromatherapy, open the aromatherapy box and put a aromatic sheet and then drop the aromatherapy liquid on it, then close the aromatherapy box and install it on the fan.

If there is no operation for 1 minute, the display screen will automatically turn off; You can open the display  screen by pressing the key on the control panel or the remote controller.

REMOTE CONTROL

Remote Control

  1. Turn on/off

    • Connect the supplied power cable to the mains socket on the fan base and to the wall socket.
    • To turn the fan on or off, press “ ” on the control panel (or on the remote control “ ”).
      NOTE: When using the remote control, point the remote control at the IR sensor on the fan base, and make sure there is no obstacle between the remote control and the IR sensor.
  2. Set speed

    • When the fan is on, press “ ” on the control panel (or on the remote control “ ”) to select the desired speed level (totally 12 speed levels + strong wind). The corresponding speed level indicator is displayed on the control panel .When the wind speed reaches 12, press “ ” on the control panel again to set the strong wind mode, and shows “HI” on the display.
    • Also when the fan is on, press “ ”on the remote control to operate the highest speed wind, and shows “HI” on the display
  3. Set oscillation

    • When the fan is on, press “ ” on the control panel (or on the remote control) to activate or deactivate left and right oscillation.
    • When the fan is on, press “ ” on the control panel (or on the remote control) to activate or deactivate up and down oscillation.
    • When you press “ ” on the remote control, it will be stop and memory the before one oscillation state, in the mean time indicator on the display screen turns off. Press “ ” button one more time can recover the oscillation.
  4. Set operating modes
    Mode button “ ” (only on the remote control). After pressing this button mode, the fan will switch from “Normal mode Natural mode Sleep mode Eco mode Normal mode” cycle in this order.
    The corresponding icon illuminates on the control panel .

  • * Normal mode: The fan runs at the set speed. This mode without icon illuminated.
  1. * Natura mode ( ): The fan automatically changes the speed at intervals according to the initially set fan speed, so that natural and pleasant air circulation can be generated.
    • Sleep mode ( ): The fan runs at the set speed initially, then the speed automatically changes to a next lower level every 30 minutes, the wind speed can be down to 1 setting at the lowest.
    • ECO mode ( ):In this mode, the machine automatically adjusts the wind speed according to the sensed ambient temperature, and at the same time, the icon on the display will be illuminated, and the display on the machine will show the value of the sensed ambient temperature in real time.
  2. Set mood Lamp brightness
    Press “ ” on the control panel or remote control to toggle the lamp on/off and adjust the brightness of the mood lamp.

  3. Set switch-on/off timer
    Timer switch-on time can be set in standby mode and timer switch-off time can be set in working mode. Press “ ” on the control panel (or on the remote control) to set a timer (up to 12 hours can be set.

  4. Replacement of remote control battery
    The remote control is powered by a CR2025 button cell. Replace the battery when the battery depletes.

    • Find the battery compartment door on the back of the remote control. Press and hold the tab (A) and simultaneously pull the battery tray out (as shown in the figure below), and place a new CR2025 battery in the battery tray with correct polarity indicated, then close the battery tray.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  • WARNING : Switch the product off and unplug it from the mains socket before each cleaning.
  • WARNING : Do not remove the fan guards for cleaning or maintenance.
  • WARNING: Allow the product to cool off before cleaning it.
  • Clean the product with a soft dusting cloth.
  • Do not allow water or other liquids to enter into the engine unit as it can cause short circuits, fires, electric shocks or other hazards.
  • Do not use any aggressive cleaning liquids, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
  • Keep the air vents at the rear of the engine unit from dust and lint.
  • You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and lint from the air vents and the fan guards.
  • Store the product in a cool and dry place if it is not used for a long time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority deifferentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the environment and health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances separately, the product is marked with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
