Charging Method

Before using or storing the product, please charge it with the charger provided. When connected to the mains for charging, the indicator light of the charger will turn on, and the LED screen will display the current charging status. When the LED display shows that the power is 100%, it means the battery is fully charged. The current battery level can be checked in the LED screen.

Instructions for use

1. Press the switch located next to each port you will use.
2. When the indicator light next to the port is on, it means the output is turned on. The device can be charged through that output.
3. AC Output is stable at 800W (peak at 1600W). If the product is used beyond the maximum power, the power supply will be automatically turned off to protect the product from overloading.
4. Press ON/OFF button to turn off the output.
5. If the product will not be used for a long time, it should be recharged every three months. It is better to keep the power at 60%-80% and store it in a cool and dry place.

Attention: If the AC port is not in use, please turn it off to save power.

LED Screen

The LED screen displays the battery status of the product. When fully charged, the LED screen turns off and stops charging. When any function is activated, the screen will light up. If the screen display is not needed, you can press the button to turn it off.
The LED display of this product can help you better understand the working status of the power supply. When the IN (input terminal) indicator is displayed in the screen, it means the product is charging. When the OUT indicator is displayed, the product is in discharging state.

App Instructions

1. Search “Tuya Smart” and download it through the App Store or Google Play.
2. For the first use, please press the screen button until the Bluetooth icon appears on the screen. If you have already installed, please go directly to step 7,
3. After installing and running the app, log in or register an account. Then, select “Add Device”.
4. When the app finds the device, it will be displayed on the screen (if the app cannot find the device, please check the Bluetooth permissions or repeat the first step).
5. Click “Next” to enter the adding page,
6. Click “+” , add the equipment and connect it.
7. Once the connection is completed, the user can control the USB port output, the car charger output, the AC output, and the lighting.

Fault diagnosis

1. Ensure that the output port is open. A LED indicator will light up on the power button.
2. Check the battery percentage in the LED screen. If it is 20% or less, please charge the product.
3. The power of the device you are using exceeds the maximum power of the port of the product.
4. The device link cable you are using is not plugged in correctly or has poor contact.

Solar photovoltaic panels:

The product can be charged with solar energy through the DC port. This product uses MPPT (Maximum Power Tracking) technology, which can compare the output voltage of the solar panel with the battery voltage of the product in real time, in order to find the maximum power the solar panel output can provide. This way, the battery can be charged more efficiently.

AC adapter:

The product must be charged with the provided AC adapter.

Specific safety warnings

• Low temperature may affect the battery capacity of the product. The product can be charged in a temperature range of 0°- 40°. If the product needs to be charged when the temperature is below 0°, it is recommended to place the product in an insulated cooler or in other temperature conditions and then connect it to a power source (AC output socket, solar photovoltaic panel). The product can charge devices in the temperature range of -10°- 40°.
• This product cannot be taken on an aircraft. According to the airline transportation standards, lithium batteries exceeding 100Wh of capacity are not permitted on board.

Maintenance recommendations

• Regularly clean the product with a dry cloth. The product must be disconnected or switched on when you clean it.
• Keep the connectors and/or ports free from dust, lint, etc. to prevent improper connections.
• Avoid dropping, hitting or putting heavy objects on the product. You might damage it.
• If the product includes a cable do not bend it too strong and do not pull from it to unplug the product.
• Do not wet the product. Keep it always in a dry place, away from humidity.
• When not using the product, store it in a place free from dust, dirt, lint, liquids, etc.
• If water or other liquids enter the product interior, unplug it immediately from any attached power source or device it is connected to.
• Do not cover the product with towels or clothing when using it.
• Do not use the product for anything other than its intended use.
• Please recycle the product in accordance with local environmental laws and regulations.

Safety information

• Please read the following instructions before using the device for the first time:
• This product can only be used as an emergency power supply and cannot replace standard a DC power supply or an AC power supply for household appliances or digital equipment.
• When you use device keep it away from heat sources (fire) and from humidity sources (water and other liquids).
• Please avoid storing the product together with metal objects, such as coins, jewelry, keys, etc. to avoid a short-circuit.
• If the product is wet or damaged do not use it.
• Do not use the product with wet hands.
• Do not leave the product in contact with flammable materials.
• Do not expose the product to high temperatures (for example: inside a car during hot weather).
• Do not throw the product into fire.
• Keep the product away from children.
• Disconnect or switch off the product if you are not going to use for a long period of time.
• Do not use the device if you perceive any visible defects.
• Do not attempt to open or puncture the product. You might damage it.
• Do not use the product with incompatible devices.
• Please disconnect the product when the battery is fully charged.
• Please disconnect any devices connected to the product if their battery is fully charged.
• Do not dismount or modify the product. These actions will invalidate the Warranty.
