SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time.
- Please keep the instruction manual, guarantee certificate, the sales receipt and if possible, the carton with the inner packaging.
- Before plugging the appliance in, make sure that the data on the rating plate is inconformity with the parameters of the network.
- Children are not aware of the danger involved in the misuse of electrical appliances. Consequently, never allow children to use this coolbox/heater without adult supervision. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Do not leave children unsupervised with the refrigerated cooler box. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruc-tion concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
- Children must not play with the device.
- The device is not intended for use by people (including children) with limited physical, sensorial or mental capabilities, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not carry the coolbox by the power supply cable, and do not disconnect the power plug by tugging on the cable. Protect the cable from heat, oil, solvents, sharp objects, or any other object or substance that may cause damage to the insulation.
- Check to ensure the coolbox power cable and any extension leads that you may use are not worn or damaged.
- The power cable should not be close to heat sources.
- Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.
- Do not use the device in poorly ventilated areas. Excess heat will be rejected and cool air used. Appro-priate ventilation is essential for preventing the device from overheating. The inner fuse may be dama-ged if the device is used in a poorly ventilated area. Do not obstruct the ventilation system.
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, rain, snow, excessive humidity etc.
- Do not leave the coolbox in a closed vehicle or in a car boot.
- Clean all tar and dust. Never connect the plug directly to the 24 V cigarette lighter socket of a truck or bus. Use the adapter when operating the device in a truck or bus. Use an extension lead if the cable is too short.
- Never insert anything into the fan during operation. Avoid using the device on grass, as blades of grass could easily get into the fan.
- Do not immerse the device or the 12 V adapter in water.
- This appliance is intended to be use in household and similar applications.
- The device may be used as a camping accessory, but is not designed to be exposed to rain.
- Do not store explosive substances such aerosol cans with a flammable propellant In this appliance.
- The appliance can be repaired only in an authorized service center. All modernizations or using spare parts or elements other than the original is forbidden and dangerous for the users.
- Always unplug the device before cleaning.
- Food may only be stored in its original packaging or in suitable containers.

OPERATION:
- Use the 220-240 V power supply cable when operating the coolbox at home.
- Connect the AC power supply cable to the 220-240 V outlet on the coolbox.
- Use the 12 V cable when using the coolbox in the car.
- Connect the DC cable to the 12 V outlet on the coolbox.
- Connect the car battery plug to the car’s cigarette lighter socket
OPERATES IN COLD FUNCTION
(MOVE THE SWITCH INTO THE COLD POSITION):
a) Operates in “Max” mode (move the switch into the Normal position):
– the coolbox operates with the high energy consumption and the cooling can
reach approx. 15 °C to 20 °C below ambient temperature of approx. 25 °C.
b) Operates in “ECO” mode (move the switch into the ECO position):
– the coolbox operates with the save energy consumption and the cooling can
reach approx. 6 °C to 10 °C below ambient temperature of approx. 25 °C.
OPERATES IN HOT FUNCTION: (MOVE THE SWITCH INTO THE HOT POSITION):
The cooler box can warm the inside temperature to 50-65 °C.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To clean the device, switch it off, uplug it from the power source and allow it to cool down. Wipe the inner surface using a clean, damp cloth. If necessary, use a gentle soap and water. Do not use detergents or scouring cloths, as these may cause damage to the surface finishings. Do not immerse the device in water. Do not use detergents to clean the device, e.g. bleach, white spirit etc.

ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
** The “crossed-out trash bin” symbol on electrical equipment or packaging
indicates that the device cannot be treated as general household waste and
should not be disposed of into containers for such waste. Obsolete or broken-
down electrical device should be delivered to special designated collection
points, organized by local public administration, whose purpose is to collect
recyclable electrical equipment.
This way, each household helps reduce possible negative effects influencing
natural environment and allows the reclaiming of materials which the product
is made of. You can help protect the environment!
Please remember to respect the local regulations: hand in the non-working
electrical equipments to an appropriate waste disposal center.
