of one year from the original date of purchase (‘warranty period”). This
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this product only and
Prime is not liable for any consequential or incidental damage to other
products that may be used with this unit. This warranty is effective only if
such unit is returned to Prime not later than thirty (30) days after the
expiration of the warranty period. Warranty Is void If damage is due to
neglect, misuse, alteration, ramification, Improper installation, or repair by
other than Prime. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or
implied. Some provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or permit the exclusion or limitation of Incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
It Is our experience that a product that falls prematurely due to a
manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, will generally do so very

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Install SmartOutlet to a vertical flat surface close to a properly installed, outdoor rated, and grounded receptacle.
- Using a screw or hook (not included) secure the mounting tab at the top of the SmarfOutlet to a wall or post.
- If desired, the included wall plate can be mounted with the included double sided tape to a wall. The remote can be placed into the wall plate.

How do I turn SmartOutlet On/Off if I do not have my smartphone and remote?

Press the button on the front of the SmartOutlet for manual On/Off control.

The indicator light on the front of the SmartOutlet is not blinking rapidly. How do | make it blink rapidly, so | can connect the SmartOutlet?

Press and hold the button on the front of the SmartOutlet for 5 seconds. The indicator light in the button will begin blinking rapidly, and is ready to connect.

What if SmartOutlet doesn’t connect to app?

Confirm SmartOutlet is powered on. Confirm SmartOutlet is waiting for network configuration. (Indicator light on SmartOutlet is rapidly blinking.) Confirm the SmartOutlet, smartphone/tablet, and router are as close to each other as possible. Ensure the networks of the wireless router and smartphone/tablet are unblocked. « Confirm the network password is entered correctly. Confirm the wireless router is using a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi Channel. Ensure the wireless router is broadcasting and the Wi-Fi signal is not hidden. Confirm the wireless router's encryption method is WPA2-PSK and authentication ‘ype is AES, or confirm that both are setup as automatic, If router enables MAC address filter, please remove the device from the MAC filter list and ensure the wireless router is allowing devices to be connected. * Note that this 2-pack system does not accept any other SmartOutlets to be added to its program.

- How do I re-sync the remote if it does not switch a SmartOutlet ON or OFF?
- Only plug one SmartOutlet into a properly grounded outlet at a time.
- Press ON button on remote until LED on SmartOutlet flashes
- Unplug SmartOutlet and repeat with other SmartOutlet if needed. If re-sync fails, push power button on SmartOutlet ON and push OFF button on remote until SmartOutlet power button flashes. Repeat re-sync.
- Note that you may have to replace the CR2032. 3V battery in the remote by removing the screw and pushing the tabs on each side to pull out the battery tray
- This remote does not work with any other SmartOutlets, only with this 2-pack system.
