PRE-RACE CHECKS
WARNING
- Please do not use power tools for assembly as over tightening can damage your frame.
- Do not adjust the hubs while sitting in the cockpit. Make sure no one is in the cockpit before adjusting.
- Make sure the hubs are tightened fully before using the cockpit. Spin the hub clockwise to ensure it is fully tight.
- Make sure strap on wheel bar is tight when adjusting the hubs; otherwise, the wheel will fall when hubs are open.

Fold head rest up and slide on to back rest tubes.
Install the M5 30mm bolts, washers, and nuts to secure the head rest to the back rest tubes.

Connect the back rest latch to the locating pin on both sides.
Remove the nut and bolt from the hub circled in blue, install the wheel bar, and reinstall the nut and bolt. Loop strap through the connection on the back rest (Detail Bubbles: 1 – 3).

Swing wheel bar to align with clamp once seated.
Close plastic clamp to secure wheel bar.
Open wheel bar to get in and out of cockpit safely.
Uninstall the bolts securing the top of the plastic mounting brackets as shown.
Position the bottom half of the plastic mounting bracket from Step 10 between the chair frame and the pedal plate assembly as shown in image (1). Position the top half of the plastic mounting bracket from Step 10 as shown in image (2).
Reinstall bolts previously uninstalled in Step 10.
Choose the side you want your shifter on. Remove nut and bolt from the plastic
hub.
Reinstall the M5 30mm
bolts, washer, and nut to secure the gear shifter plate.

PEDAL ASSEMBLY HEIGHT/ ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Adjust pedal plate angle by removing end section.
Flip end section over,
then re-align with frame to re-install.
PEDAL PLATE ADJUSTMENTS
Loosen ratchet handles to move pedal plates to desired location.
LEG HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS
1)Depress locking pins on front leg and adjust to desired height. Ensure locking pins are secure prior to use. 2) Uninstall bolts securing rear leg and adjust to desired height. Reinstall bolts to secure rear leg prior to use.
SEAT BACK REST HUB ADJUSTMENT
Pull hub latches on each side open to loosen hub assemblies. Adjust
positioning to desired location.
Once in desired
position, lock hub latches, on both sides, to secure positioning prior to use.
Rotate clockwise to
tighten and anti-clockwise to loosen.
WHEEL PLATE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Loosen knob securing the wheel plate. Tilt wheel plate to desired position. Tighten knob to secure position.
Remove countersunk bolts securing wheel plate. Move wheel plate to front or back mounting position (arrows show different mounting positions for wheel plate). Once in desired position, reinstall countersunk bolts to secure wheel plate.
SAFETY STRAP
Ensure you have installed the safety strap included in the packaging of the cockpit between the front and back leg as shown in the step.
IF YOU ARE USING A LOGITECH SHIFTER PLEASE FOLLOW THIS STEP TO HARD MOUNT
Unscrew the 4 screws circled in the image to mount your Logitech shifter.
COCKPIT STORAGE FOLDING STEPS
Unloop and remove support strap from between the front and back leg.
(1) Undo the back support latch, and (2) fold back rest over. (3) Open hub on both sides to fold.
Pull front legs underneath seat.
(1) Lock hubs. (2) Wrap the support strap around the folded cockpit for easy and safe transport.
