IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Register your product on tranya.com to get an EXTRA three-month warranty for free.
  2. Before using the F1 wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and the earbuds.
  3. If both earbuds don’t sync together, please reset the earbuds.
  4. If the earbuds don’t charge, please clean the charging slot on the case and the contact surface on the earbuds.
  5. If the sound becomes low without control, please use tweezers to take out/remove the net inside the earbuds.

Note, When the charging case is at a low battery or out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power ori/off. please turn them ori/o/1 manually.

WEARING

  1. Put the earbuds in your ears.
  2. Rotate the earbuds to the auricle side to fit snugly.

CONNECT THE EARBUDS

  1. Power on lhe earbuds and turn on the Bluetooth in your phone.
  2. Seloct “F1” and confirm.

CHARGING

  2. Charging the Case

    • Charge it with a wireless charging pad (Not included).
    • Charge it with the included Type-C cable.
      Charging: The last number is flashing.
      Fully charged: Number 100% is on.
  3. Charging the Earbuds

    • Charging: White indicator is on; Power display lights up for 10s.
    • Fully charged: White indicator is off.

HOW TO RESET THE EARBUDS

If your earbuds stop syncing with each other. please follow the below steps to pilot the earbuds:

  1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case, then turn them off;Tranya-F1-True-Wireless-Earbuds-fig- \(16\)
  2. Make sure the earbuds are oft, then press both buttons and hold for 8 seconds, until the red LEDs start flashing;Tranya-F1-True-Wireless-Earbuds-fig- \(17\)
  3. The earbuds will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically.

FAQ

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?
A: There are usually lots of underground cable lines along the places mentioned above, which might cause electromagnetic interference and result in a signal interruption.

Q: My earbuds don’t charge, what can I do?

A : Please try to follow the below steps:

  1. Clean the charging slot on the charging case.
  2. Clean the charging connector on the earbuds.

Q: Why my earbuds don’t power on/off automatically?
A: The earbuds would not power off automatically when the case is at a low battery or out of power. Please recharge the case. And you can long press for four seconds to power on and long press for four seconds to power off the earbuds.

Q: Will the Bluetooth mouse cause signal interference?
A: Perhaps. When your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, it might happen.
