HOW THE REMOTE WORKS
Harmony 350 is an infrared (IR) remote that controls other IR devices such as TVs, audio/video receivers, and cable/satellite receivers. Here are a few of the key features:
WATCH TV BUTTON
Set up a Watch TV Activity to automatically power on/off devices you use to watch TV, such as your TV, audio/video receiver, and cable/satellite receiver. After pressing the Watch TV button, be sure to keep the remote pointed at your devices until the Device buttons turn off. Press the Watch TV button again to turn off all the devices.
DEVICE BUTTONS
Control up to eight devices individually using these four Device buttons, each with a short press or a longer two second press. Each Device button will light up when an IR command is being sent.
FAVORITE CHANNEL BUTTONS
Program up to five Favorite Channels for your TV or cable/satellite receiver.
To set up your new Harmony remote, visit setup.myharmony.com to download and install MyHarmony software on your computer.
SETTING UP YOUR HARMONY 350
- INSTALL THE BATTERIES
Insert the two AA batteries (included) into the battery compartment.
- GATHER YOUR DEVICE INFORMATION
In order for Harmony 350 to control your entertainment system, we’ll need to know the manufacturer and model number of each of the devices you own.
The manufacturer and model number of your devices are typically printed on the front bezel, or on a label located on the bottom or the back of your entertainment devices. Write them down in the table provided on the back page of this Setup Guide for quick reference during setup.
- COMPLETE SETUP ONLINE.
Complete the setup online via setup.myharmony.com
- Open a browser on your computer and go to setup.myharmony.com
- Download and install the MyHarmony computer software
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Harmony account and set up your remote.
TEST YOUR REMOTE
Once you’ve completed the online setup and synced your Harmony 350, please test it.
- Unplug your Harmony 350 from your computer and take it to your entertainment system.
- To test your remote, press the Watch TV button. Make sure to keep the remote pointed at your devices until the Device buttons are no longer lit. If you did not set up a Watch TV Activity, test by pressing the Power button to power a device on and off.
- To make changes, launch the MyHarmony software on your computer, and sign in to your account.
NOTE: Once setup is complete, use Harmony 350 as your only remote; using other remotes could cause the devices in Watch TV Activity to become out of sync.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- THE REMOTE DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK WITH MY DEVICE.
First ensure that fresh batteries are inserted properly into the remote. Then check that one of the four Device buttons flashes when a button is pressed. Refer to support.myharmony.com/350 for more information.
- PRESSING THE WATCH TV BUTTON DOES NOT PROPERLY POWER ON ALL MY DEVICES AND SET THEM TO THE CORRECT INPUTS.
The devices must be in the same power state, on or off, at all times in order for the Watch TV button to function properly. Use the Device buttons in combination with the Power button to keep the devices in the same power state. Refer to support.myharmony.com/350 for more information.

How do I customize buttons or change my Favorite Channels?****
Launch the MyHarmony software on your computer and sign in to your account.
Click on the Buttons or Favorites tab and follow the on-screen instructions.
After changes are made, make sure to connect your remote using the included
USB cable and click Sync to update it.
Are you able to program activities for 1 button control of all associated devices like with the Harmony remotes?****
Yes. All buttons can get programmed.
What is the warranty on the refurbished product? It says ‘minimum 90 days’ but the new remotes come with a year. do we know definitively how long?****
I have always bought refurbished remotes (I’m on my third or fourth now). They have lasted every bit as long as a new one would have, I just wanted to upgrade. I’ve never had to use their warranty service, but I always took that to mean they’ll fix or replace your refurb within the 90-day period, and after that it would be at their discretion whether they would provide you with full or partial service, depending on the nature of the problem.
Is the MyHarmony software compatible with Windows 10?****
Yes, that’s what I’m using.
Trying to use this for a fluence ab40 soundbar, firestick, and smart tcl tv. will it work?****
I never was able to get my refurbished remote to work. The website wouldn’t load on my computer and using the USB cable never worked to enable me to program any of my equipment. I never was able to get the remote to behave like a remote in any way, shape or form. I ultimately returned it and got a refund. It worked for others apparently but not for me. Based on my experience save your money and try a different remote.
Does this remote have backlighting?****
NO for the important buttons (vol, ch, numbers, etc…); it has four white buttons at the top that help to identify what device are you remote controlling, just they backlight.
will this work Xbox one?****
Update Oct-6-2016: I can confirm that the remote does work with the Xbox One. But keep in mind that all remotes will generally work a lot better with your Xbox if you have a Kinect because the Kinect contains much more sensitive /wider-range IR sensors (as well as being positioned much closer to your actual TV than the console, itself, probably will) and the Kinect will pick up the IR signals from the remote much better than the IR sensors built into the front of the Xbox.

Does this remote have the code for a wohome sound bar?****
The harmony site doesn’t list Wohome. Harmony updates the list often so check back. https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility.
Are you certain that this item contains everything that came with the original Ultimate Home including the hub?****
This is the Ultimate One, not Home. it does NOT include the Hub. just the charging station and USB cable & power adapter. you were misinformed.
Does this work with fire TV stick?****
It depends on your TV, actually. If you’re lucky, like Tierre Jevon, and your TV has HDMI CEC (consumer electronics control) properly implemented, you can control a FireTV device.
Do you need a computer to program this remote is it compatible with a Roku box?****
I have had harmony remotes for the last 15 years, and Yes I have always used a computer to set them up, once the setup is done that is it. you won’t need a pc again unless you change devices. they are the best remote control you can have.
Because this is refurbished what is the warranty offered with this product?****
There is a ninety-day warranty.
Can the harmony 665 control two TVs?****
This remote can control 10 devices, so it could control 10 different tv’s if you desire. It will only control 1 at a time though.
Does this product come with the hub?****
The picture shows a hub. Is it included.
