2.  INSTALLATION WARNINGS

The ideal mounting position for this IFF infrared heater i son the ceiling, directly above the area to be heated. If this is not possible, IFF can be mounted on a wall and angled downwards. In this situation, ensure the mounting height is in the range 2,1 to 2,7 meters and the table is within 2,5 meters from the wall. The minimum clearances are shown in the picture below:

For mounting heights more than 2,7 meters, we recommend the installation using chains or other external brackets to reduce the height of the heater to 2,3 – 2,5 meters. This will increase the effectiveness of your infrared panel heater IFF.
Electrical connections should not be located at the back of the heater. If the heater is to be mounted on a slight incline Surface, ensure the Electrical connection is located at the lowest point of the heater.

3.  INSTALLATION

Wall/ceiling installation brackets are provided with the heater which has been specifically designed to allow this product to be fitted to a wall or ceiling with adequate clearances at the back of the unit. Do not install the heater with any other bracket except those provided.

Before drilling ensure that there are no wires or water pipes in the area where the heater is to be installed.
IFF unit is supplied with a pair of standard mounting brackets. These adjustable brackets allow direct ceiling or wall mount, and come with preset angle options.
Step 1: Assembly the adjusting bracket to sliding bracket.

Step 2: Installation of sliding bracket and heater as arrow pointed.

Step 3: Fix adjusting bracket into the wall by expansion screws.

Step 4: Installation of two adjusting bracket, make sure lock brackets tight by screws.

4.- OPERATION

**** IFF unit can be turned on without the remote control using the push button, located on the right end of the heater.

REMOTE CONTROLLER OPERATION

** Infrared IFF-2600 is operated using the remote control supplied with the heater. Insert 2 x AAA Alkaline batteries into the remote control.
Note** : All IFF2600 units and their remote controls have the same frequency, so it is possible to control several IFF2600 units with just one remote control.

Timer Setting

Press Timer button (5) and use the Up and Down buttons (2) and (3) to select the number of hours the heater will be working.The heater will be working providing the selected heat level during these hours.When the time has finished, the heater will automatically disconnect the heating elements.

Inserting Batteries

Insert 2 AAA/ Alkaline type batteries into your remote control

  1. Flip the backside of your remote control and pull out battery Insert the batteries in accordance with the instructions and polarity of the batteries.

Warning:

  1. Replace the old batteries with the same type Otherwise, your heater may not function well.
  2. Pull out the batteries in case of long terms of disuse to prevent leakage which may impair your remote

5.- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the heater for your safety before cleaning your applicance and make sure the heater is cool before continuing.
Clean and dust with a dry, soft cloth only when the unit is disconnected and cold. Do not use solvents or abrasive products for cleaning.
This thermal heater has been manufactured under an assured quality system using environment friendly processes.
Please take the heater to a clean point once their useful life is finished, in order to recycle their materials in the right way.

Warning:

When the appliance is not operated for a long period of time, cleaning or maintenance is conducted or when the location of the heater is changed, the heater should be turned OFF and unplugged from the electrical connection.
