  1. Scan QR Code C with groupCONTROL configTOOL.
  2. Stick QR Code C behind the Luminary pole maintenance door.
  3. Install the RFNode.

Installation

  • The RFNode must not be connected to the mains. It is supplied directly via the AUX power supply.
  • DALI is not SELV. The installation instructions for mains voltage therefore apply.
  • Correct RFNode operation cannot be guaranteed if operated outside the ta window.
  • The RFNode must lock. Make sure that the rain skirt seal, is not bent, no foreign parts between the seal and the fixture housing are located and that the rain skirt fits the fixture.
  • Other RF signals may cause disturbances to the RFNode communication.
  • The range of the communication signal is depending on the environment e.g. buildings, trees or bridges in between the RFNodes and needs to be tested and approved in the field.
  • To ensure a good radio connection, do not cover the RFNode with any materials!

  • Installation of this device may only be carried out by specialist staff who have provided proof of their skills.
  • The power supply must be switched off before handling the device.
  • The relevant safety and accident prevention regulations must be observed.
