Battery Information

Charging Precautions
If the battery of product runs out or without being used for quite a long time, please charge the product before using. The battery capacity can be optimized by charging / discharging for 2-3 cycles. The battery needs to be charged when the power is low.

Cautions

  • Please DO NOT throw the battery into fire.
  • While charging the product, please power it off to ensure that the battery can be fully charged.
  • Please DO NOT always connect the product with charging cable after the battery is fully charged, continuously charging will shorten the battery life.
  • Please DO NOT charge the product with fully charged battery, it may reduce the cycle life of battery.
  • Please try to keep the battery in an indoor environment of about 25 ℃. The battery is prone to failure when the temperature is lower than – 10 ℃ for a long time.
  • When the temperature is higher than 35 ℃ or lower than – 10 ℃, the discharge capacity of the battery may decrease, which is determined by the physical characteristics of the lithium battery

Battery Charging

  1. Plug the power adapter of 5V 1000mA into qualified AC power output socket.
  2. Connect the magnetic charge cable with the charging port of product.
  3. Red flowing indicator indicates that currently the battery is charged with low power. Yellow flowing indicator indicates that currently the battery is charged with medium power.
  4. Green breath indicator is on after the battery is charged for around 4 hours. And the indicator is out after 5 minutes, it indicates that the battery is fully charged.
  5. Disconnect the magnetic charging cable after the indicator is out for 30 minutes to an hour, so the battery reaches the best condition.

Cautions

  • The battery of product is not charged when leaving the factory, please charge the product for the very first use.
  • Please power the product off when the battery is being charged.
  • When a new battery is charged for the first time or a battery stored for a long time (more than 2 months) is charged for the first time, it should be recharged several times to reach the normal battery capacity. It should be ensured that the battery is charged at least once every three months.
  • When the battery is fully charged, please DO NOT charge the battery to avoid affecting battery life and performance.

General Operation

  • Power ON / OFF
    • Keep pressing the power button for 3 seconds with the product in power off status, it will be powered on and remind the current battery volume.
    • Keep pressing the power button for 3 seconds with the product in power on status, it will be powered off.
  • Bluetooth Pairing
    • With power on status, the LED flashes, indicating that the headphone enters into pairing state and waiting for being paired.
    • Activate the Bluetooth seeing function of mobile device, select ” Swonder Alpha “, hear the voice prompt ” Bluetooth connected “, and comes with Blue flow LED performance.
  • Switch Bluetooth / Built-in Memory Playing Mode
    Double press Power button to switch Bluetooth / Built-in memory playing mode with voice prompt “ Bluetooth Mode ”or “ Built-in Memory Playing Mode ”, audio files downloaded to the headset memory can be played in later mode.

Failed to Power On

| A.Run out of power: please connect the power adapter to charge the headphone.

B.Defect of Switch or other problems: please send and repair the headphone to assigned

maintenance station.

C.The battery is in the protection state, please connect the charger to reactivate the battery.

2| Can ot be paired with cellphone| A. Confirm the current mode and try to pair in Bluetooth mode again.

B. Please select memory playing mode when swimming.

C. In public places or other environments with Bluetooth interference, please stay away from the environment before  use.

A. Confirm that the current mode is in memory playing mode.

B.Confirm that the audio files have been transferred to product.

C.Confirm whether the audio format is correct ( MP3, WAV, APE, FLAC, AAC, WMA ).
