Basic Skills
Switch on:
When the earphone is picked up from the charging box, it will automatically switch on and automatically connect to the connected wireless device; or press the MFB button for about 3 seconds, the blue indicator light flashes, and the earphone is switch on.
Switch Off:
When the earphone is placed in the charging box, it will automatically switch off after activation of the charging state; or long press the MFB button for about 5 seconds, the red indicator light will flash and then switch off, and the earphone will be switch off.
First connection pairing step:
- Turn on the Wireless device of the mobile phone.
- The earphone is picked up from the charging box, automatically switch on, the indicator light red and blue alternately flash into the pairing state; or boot long press “MFB button” for about 3 seconds, the earphone is switched on, the indicator red and blue alternately flash into the pairing state.
- Find the earphone model “HBQ-Q32 TWS” to connect.
TWS connection pairing step (first connection):
- When the two earphones are picked up from the charging box at the same time, they will automatically switch on, and the indicator light flashes blue to complete the automatic teaming. At this time, the indicator light of one of the earphones will be off, and the other earphones will flash alternately red and blue to enter the pairing state.
- Open the Bluetooth device interface of the mobile phone and search for the device” HBQ-Q32 TWS”. When connected, the earphone will have a voice prompt “Bluetooth connection is successful”, the indicator light changes from red and blue alternately to the off state, and Bluetooth pairing is completed.
Note:
- The earphone is placed in the charging box and will automatically shut down after the charging state is activated.
- When the earphone is picked up from the charging box, it will automatically switch on and automatically connect to the connected Bluetooth device.
Automatic connection:
After the first connection is successful, the next time the earphone is switch on, it will automatically connect to the last paired phone by default.
Answer/end/reject calls:
- Answer/hang up the phone:
Short press the MFB button once;
Reject the call:
Short press the MFB button twice.
Music playback control:
- Play/Pause:
Short press the MFB button once;
Next song:
Short press the MFB button 2 times;
Previous song:
Short press the MFB button 3 times;
Voice Switching (Two earphones must be individually switched):
Pick up one of the earphones from the charging box, automatically enter the pairing mode, and triple-click the MFB button to switch the language. If the switch is successful, there will be a corresponding voice prompt; then put the earphone into the charging box, pick up another earphone and perform the same operation to switch the language.
(Note: This voice switching operation can be performed in multiple languages, and the voice switching does not change in single language)

Warnings
A. Please do not violently treat this product, also don’t squeeze with heavy objects, keep it away from high temperature and high humidity environment.
B. Keep it away from WIFI and routers and other high-frequency transmitting devices, this will affect the signal reception of the unit and cause the sound to be broken and disconnected.
C. Please use this product in the effective environment (12 meters), and there should be no physical blocking between the Bluetooth device and the earphone.(such as a wall etc).
D. Please use qualified charger to charge the charging case.
E. This product can be connected to any enabled Bluetooth device.
Reminder
Regarding the recovery operation at the time of unpairing:
If the single ear mode is used, the ear-to-ear mode will be automatically removed. In addition, when the pairing is cancelled due to misoperation, please restore the factory settings according to the following method.
When the pairing of two ears is released, the following phenomena occur:
When the headphones start, the red and blue lights will flash in both ears. At the same time, two device names will be displayed in the mobile device. The two headphones can not be used at the same time.
Solution: Settings need to be restored manually.
Step 1: Please turn off the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, and clear the device name record before closing.
Step 2: Remove the left and right earphones from the charging bin and press the two ear buttons manually for 5 seconds to close the earphones. (Don’t put it back in the charging bin)
Step 3: Press the left and right headphone buttons manually for about 6 seconds, then release your hands (two headphone lights flashing alternately red and blue).
Step 4: In the state of alternating red and blue flashing of two headphones, double-click the “multi-function” key on either side to enter the TWS matching mode; after successful connection, one headphone indicator lights out and the other headphone indicator lights red and blue flashing alternately, indicating successful reset.
Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth and find the HBQ-Q32 TWS selection pair.
