The Ditec CIVIK is an automation system for sliding doors that ensures elegance, versatility, and safety. Product Usage Instructions

To use the Ditec CIVIK automation system for sliding doors, follow these instructions:

1. Ensure that the product is installed correctly with all the necessary components.
2. Activate the automation system by using sensors, pushbuttons, or radio command via the Ditec ZEN remote control.
3. The system has PUSH&GO and PULL&CLOSE features. Push the door to activate the PUSH&GO feature and pull the door to activate the PULL&CLOSE feature.
4. The system has an anti-panic system that ensures safety in case of emergency. The anti-panic system can be activated manually by using the manual operation built-in sensor.
5. The product has a LOW ENERGY mode with a wide range of wing weight adjustment. Use this mode to conserve energy.
6. The internal LED indicates diagnostics and alarms. In case of any issues, refer to the user manual or contact Ditec Automations for assistance.
