SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before use, and save them for future reference.
- Consult a doctor before starting an exercise programme. This is particularly important if you are taking medicines that affect heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol.
- Pay attention to your body signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can have a negative effect on health. If you experience chest pains, irregular heart activity, nausea, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop exercising at once and consult a doctor before continuing to exercise.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the product. The product is only intended for adults.
- Place the product on a level, stable surface. Use appropriate floor protection under the product. Leave at least 60 cm of free space on all sides of the product to ensure safe use.
- Check that the screw unions are properly tightened before using the product. Follow the maintenance instructions for the product to ensure perfect safety, functionality and life span.
- The product must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with these instructions. Do not use the product if any of the components are found to be damaged during assembly or inspection, and stop using the product immediately in the event of abnormal noise or functionality. Do not use the product until the faults have been rectified.
- Wear suitable, comfortable clothes when using the product. Do not wear loosefitting clothing, ties, scarves, etc., that can get caught in moving parts.
- Never poke any objects or parts of your body in the openings on the product or its moving parts.
- The maximum permitted weight of a user is 150 kg.
- The product is not intended to be used for
- medical treatment.
- The product is heavy-to avoid personal injury and material damage use the assistance of a helper or suitable lifting equipment to move it.
- Do not use the product in a damp environment or very low or high temperatures -risk of corrosion and malfunctioning.
- The product is only intended for household use in dry indoor conditions. The product is not intended for commercial use.

ASSEMBLY
- STEP 1
1. Remove the hex screws (11), spring washers (12) and flat washers (13) from the front foot (5) and the back foot (6).
2. Fit the front (5) and back foot (6) on the frame (1) with the removed hex screws (11), spring washers (12) and flat washers (13). Fit the wheels (14) on the front foot (5) with the removed hex screws (19) and nyloc nuts (15).

STEP 2
Fit spring washers (20) and the swing arm (4 L/R) axles (16) on each side of the frame (1).
NOTE:- Do not fully tighten the screw unions yet.
- Fasten the coupling links in the swing arms (4 L/R) with the nyloc nuts (15) and spring washers (12). Tighten the swing arm axle (16).
- Fit the saddle (10) on the saddle holder (3) and tighten with spanner.
- STEP 3
Fit the pedals (7 L/R) in the pedal arms (9 L/R) with spanner.
NOTE:
The right pedal (R) and right pedal arm (R) have right-hand thread – the pedal is tightened clockwise. The left pedal (L) and left pedal arm (L) have left-hand thread – the pedal is tightened anticlockwise. Never attempt to fit the right pedal in the left arm, or the reverse – this will ruin the pedal arm thread.
- STEP 4
1. Put the sensor cable (18) through the bottom of the stem (2) and pull it out from the top end of the stem. Fit the stem
(2) in the frame (1) with hex screws (11), spring washers (12) and flat washers (13).
2. Remove the 4 crosshead screws (17) from the back of the computer (8). Connect the sensor cable (18) to the computer cable (8) and then fit the computer (8) on the bracket on the stem (2) with the cross head screws (17).
3. The assembly is now complete.
LEVELLING
If the product is not horizontal and stable, turn the end-piece adjuster screws to level the product. Screw clockwise to raise, and anticlockwise to lower.
DISPLAY FUNCTIONS

TIME
| Shows the exercising time, from 0:00 to 1:59 in steps of 1 minute.
Shows the remaining exercising time as a countdown to O:OO in steps of
7 minute.
DISTANCE
| Shows the covered distance, from o.o to 999.9 km or miles, or remaining distance: to 0.0 from a preset value, in steps of 1 km or 7 mile. The target
distance is set with UP/DOWN buttons.
CALORIES
| Shows the amount of consumed energy, from 0.0 to 999.9 calories, or the
remaining amount of energy 0.0 from a preset value. The target distance is set
with UP/DOWN buttons.
WATT| Shows power output during exercising, from Oto 7999 W
PULSE
| The user can set a pulse interval from Oto 30 and Oto 230, and get an audio prompt when the pulse is outside the set interval during the session.
BUTTONS
Function | Description |

START | Starts the exercise programme or resumes a paused exercise programme. |
STOP
| Stops/pauses exercise programme.
Deletes all settings.
Restart the computer (press for 2 seconds).
DOWN| Reduce the values for distance, pulse, calories, time and age.
UP| Increase the values for distance, pulse, calories, time and age.
TARGET DISTANCE| Quick access to exercise mode target distance.
TARGET CALORIES| Quick access to exercise mode target calories.
TARGET HEART-RATE| Quick access to exercise mode target heart-rate.
TARGET TIME| Quick access to exercise mode target time.
INTERVAL
| There are three programmes: INTERVAL 70/20, INTERVAL 20/70 and Custom.
ENTER| Confirm settings or go in programme.
MOVING
Lift the product with the handle on the back foot (6) until the wheels on the front foot (5) touch the floor. The product can now be moved, rolling on the wheels.
USE
SETTINGS
- Age -the text AGE flashes the first time the computer is switched on. Set your age with the arrow buttons. Press ENTER to confirm. The computer goes in standby mode.
- Kilometer or Mile -press the START and ENTER buttons at the same time for 2 seconds. Select km or mile with the arrow buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
INSTRUCTIONS

Press START to start the computer.
The computer goes in standby mode. -
Press START again to go to manual mode, or press one of the preset buttons: TARGET DISTANCE, TARGET CALORIES, TARGET HEART RATE, TARGETTIME, INTERVAL 10/20, INTERVAL 20/10 or CUSTOM INTERVAL.

Press STOP to pause the exercise programme. The computer emits an audio prompt every 30 seconds when it is paused. The computer switches to standby mode automatically after 5 minutes if there is no activity.

Press START to resume exercising, or STOP to delete the exercise data.
Resetting
Press the STOP button for 2 seconds to reset the computer.
Automatic resetting
After 30 seconds without activity the computer resets automatically and
switches to standby mode.
Pulse measuring
- A chest band with a pulsimeter with a frequency of 5.3 kHz is needed to measure the pulse (sold separately).
- The computer display shows alternately the instantaneous pulse value, 65% of maximum pulse, 85% of maximum pulse, and maximum pulse. The values should not be used for medical purposes.
WARNING!
The pulse monitoring system can be inaccurate. Excessive exercising can result in serious personal or fatal injury. Stop exercising immediately if you feel dizzy.
Function modes
Manual
Start cycling. All the values are counted in succession. The time continues
to be counted even if you stop cycling.
Countdown
- Press the button TARGET TIME, TARGET DISTANCE or TARGET CALORIES.
- Set the required start value with the arrow buttons. Press ENTER.
- The computer starts to count down from the set start value. The display switches every 5 seconds between the set start value and the value to which the countdown has reached. When the countdown has reached o, it starts again from o.
Target heart rate
- A pulse band (chest band) is needed to use this function. Press the TARGET HEART RATE button. Set your age with the arrow buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
- During the exercise session the display switches between 65% and 85% of the recommended maximum pulse. If the pulse drops below 65% or rises over 85%the computer emits an audio prompt, which goes off when the pulse is again between 65% and 85%.
Interval exercising with preset intervals
- Press the button 10/20 INTERVAL or 20/10 INTERVAL.
- The computer counts down in 3 seconds. The text WORK then begins to flash and the work interval time is counted down. The text REST is shown afterwards and an audio prompt is given. The computer shows the number of interval cycles
(starting from 01/08).
The WORK interval and REST interval alternate. The interval session stops after 8 interval cycles.
Interval exercising with user defined intervals
- Press the CUSTOM INTERVAL button. Set the number of interval cycles with the arrow buttons. Press ENTER.
- Use the arrow buttons to set the duration (number of seconds) for the WORK interval. Press ENTER.
- Use the arrow buttons to set the duration (number of seconds) for the REST interval. Press ENTER.
- When an interval session is finished, or if you press STOP, the computer shows the total time, distance and consumed energy. The average value and peak valve for WATT, SPEED and RPM are shown alternately in 5 second intervals.
BATTERIES
The computer runs on 2 R06 (AA) batteries. Replace the batteries when the computer display becomes faint and blurred. Always replace both batteries at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries. Recycle used batteries in accordance with local regulations.
